I keep coming back to this workout when I feel my arms need a good workout.
This is how you build muscle! This was fantastic Tracy. I hated loved it. I think you understand what I mean. 😂 My triceps needed that. I'm hoping that you will do more workouts like this. Next is lower body and then gluten! Thank you so much. I'm going into my senior years strong!💪
