    This is how you build muscle! This was fantastic Tracy. I hated loved it. I think you understand what I mean. 😂 My triceps needed that. I'm hoping that you will do more workouts like this. Next is lower body and then gluten! Thank you so much. I'm going into my senior years strong!💪

    Wow! Such a great workout in only 30 minutes. I always find back to back triceps super challenging. Loved it even through all the shakiness! ❤

    I like the 3 sets of focusing on one muscle group. Good to shock the muscle every so often. Awesome workout
