Awesome 30 min intense arm workout. The excercises are great and fun variety. The cardio the frog squat I did other cardio excercises too. I had a good time and I feel the burn in my arms. I’m looking forward to a barre strength & cardio with some lighter dumbells) workout soon. 😃 Thank you Tracy..👍💪❤️
