    Love the 3 muscles sets with rest or not. I progressively lifted heavier each set.

    LOVED this workout!!! 30 minutes is great for my morning workout routine. The frog squats helped loosen up the legs from yesterday's slimming thigh workout lol! Thank you Tracy! 😁

    Awesome 30 min intense arm workout. The excercises are great and fun variety.
    The cardio the frog squat I did other cardio excercises too.
    I had a good time and I feel the burn in my arms.
    I’m looking forward to a barre strength & cardio with some lighter dumbells) workout soon. 😃
