I couldn't tell in the video, but do you think the light bar will be brighter than it has in the video? It didnt seem too bright to me, maybe i am wrong!

@@policeswat64 eBay bro search scale hobby led light kits don't put xmaxx in the search and you get more results I have lights bars and light's in the back that work with the brakes just no reverse light. You can get the light controllers for like 4 dollars and program your lights to do whatever you want

Very nice! I like it. I have one question does it require the vxl8s to operate? Given the high amount of people Ive seen in all of the f.b. groups that I have seen that no longer use the vxl8s due to the failure. I'm sure I'm not going to be the only one wondering this.
I wish the could make light bars for every model but I know that would take lots of designing or maybe just make light bars for there most popular models

I wish they come up with hex extenders... The aftermarket ones from 17mm hex for 1/8 buggys with 3cm (30mm) will not fit! Those extra 6cm total wide, will make the Rc more stable...

Do you wanna know what I wonder. Why doesn't Traxxas make more accessories for their products? For the X-Maxx there's exterior roll cages, different kinds of bumpers and skid plates, and all sorts of accessories all from OTHER companies. I see a huge profit and a new fun aspect opportunity right there and have never understood why they don't take it. So the light setup is defiantly a step!

If by the "same" you mean "waterproof LEDs" then I guess your right. Otherwise, they are different in every way! Also, I really doubt these Traxxas lights are $195, being three times more than your claim of the $65 Chinese set.
Yall should start promoting Anatoly Kirpichev's indestructible bodies... they are way more durable than the original, the originals crack on the first landing.
