I dont think its the desire for women.. its the desire for sex.. sex does not equal women.. they are two different things. Stop your desire to get laid.. focus on womens mi ds.. and you will get alot more women with that
I don't think "just work on yourself" is a good advice for men that want to get laid. I agree with you that women should not be a priority. However, being a gym rat is not going to make women knock at your door and lift up their skirts. Cold approaching women and being social is also a big part of being high value and it is part of self-improvement. This is the only way to be able to de-pedestalize women. Once you know that beautiful women are not rare commodities, you accomplish abundance and start focusing on yourself. This is how it went for me. The epiphany I got was: "high-value men are more valuable than money or attractive women simply because they are way harder to find".

One thing tho that I think men get too bogged down by… yes strive for those abs, but striving for perfection is also quite ugly to a woman . As much as it hurt me this is true, it makes me angry, furious even but I needed to hear this. I wish I didnt have to care about sex because it has been so detrimental to my mental health, I wish i never had the need or want.

If you decide to further value sex then that is also up to you, you just have to decide how you want to experience this (probably) one life we have.
Look up any practical philosophical system to help with it or continue the way you are, wishful thinking or regretting will get you nowhere.
Excuse the harsh tone, I wrote this as if I was talking to myself in your situation.
I have seen two of your videos (including this one) and I think the main goal of the video is really good and I personally think the same way but I think in some parts of your videos you are being too much aggressive (like when you punch the camera). I think being aggressive in some parts is actually a good thing but a reasonable amount of it. If your purpose is to help people to fight against these tops (which I believe is your purpose), Being a little bit less aggressive would attract more people instead of making them angry and offended. I hope you get what I'm trying to say. But besides that, I've enjoyed the videos and I think they are really helpful, thank you for your time and content.
