people need to realize that the same things that might make some people miserable will make other people fulfilled.
if you have hobbies that you are very invested in that make you happy, you shouldnt quit them because its not making you any money.
if you genuinely enjoy business and cant imagine working a 9-5, like hamza, thats fine but dont pretend that you like things you dont. for a lot of people just going to a university, getting a degree and getting a solid 9-5 while spending their free time on hobbies will make them fulfilled. dont be ashamed if thats you.

2:40 One of the issues with self help books is, in my view, with the way people consume them. I feel like a lot of people approach them like they would any book and just read them once and then they're done with them. The problem is that this, in my view, almost guarantees them to be useless, because I believe you have to approach them (most of them atleast) like a text book of sorts and try to make a lot of notes and then actively study and then try to implement their advice into your life or confront the philosophy of them mentally. What im trying to say is you really cant read them quickly and then be proud of how many you read in a short time space. Because self help books always want to teach you something whether it is mentally physically or intelectually and so it doesnt matter if you've read 50 of them in the last 6 months if you havent implement any of them.
Alright im done now I just kinda tried to write down my view of the problems of these books.
(I seriously hope no one took the time to read all that😅 you got better things to do than read my silly comment)

This is such facts. I’ve been working hard but everyday I would watch anime for 30min before bed. But then I realised it would keep delaying my bedtime and I would feel worse the next day. Plus getting all that dopamine would make me constantly look forward to the anime and enjoy my daily tasks less. Honestly even a little bit of those tasks completely throw off the dopamine balance

I had thought the same thoughts. So much free time and nothing to do so I tried to distract myself by scrolling, Porn, UA-cam! And nothing truly worked but failed. I got depressed. I was anxious about my looks, About the "high quality" girl I met even though it's most likely not true. Perhaps. It doesn't matter that much. I figured out most. I started playing video games again and it somewhat made me more happy because I did it with the people I love. I started to spend time on watching my favourite UA-camr when I was a little kid. It got me to feel better and now it's time to say goodbye again. I need to find out what I need to do! I had injured both of my shoulders and can't train at all. It was the only thing that kept me going on this path I did because it kept me sane but now... I'm not sure if I got anything to lose because I can't train for a month by the least. I'll miss out on a lot and watch my physique get worse with the time but I believe it's a process that has to be done. I got cornered by the circumstances and now it's time to take action. I need to finish the things that I had started including the heartbreak I felt from my last relationship, The constant search for love because my father traumatized me and finally accept reality, The unknown route that I had stepped on the moment I thought to myself "Screw the nine to five! I want freedom! I want my family to be proud and stop fighting over money!" It is the very moment that I started self improvement. For a long time Hamza replaced me a father figure because I don't have one anymore. My father pushed me to go down a certain route and held my hand and cheered for me for the whole time! I sacrificed so much to just do what he wants from me! And he threw me once I didn't do what he wanted. He wanted me to choose to live with him after my parents divorce. He wanted me to choose which parent I love more! And that was inhumane. From that very point the father figure very slowly started to disappear and now he's almost like a stranger to me. But the void got filled by Hamza for a certain time. I started to trust him like my saviour the same way I did to my father. It was hard to see Hamza going to degeneracy again because he taught me so much about how I shouldn't do that. But the videos of exposure of Hamza that I've seen, The political stance of his sister(sounds pretty weird) about the middle eastern war and how bad my people are and how the same people that caused so much pain to my people are now being seen as "freedom fighters" it really just broke me to think that Hamza probably thinks the same. I know they're very different people. I know that it could be wrong. But I concluded on my own that most chances that is the case. From that very moment I started to distance myself from Hamza. And now he's not a like a stranger to me but I don't think I'll ever see him being my sort if this "lack of father figure void" filler. But this video is a reminder to me that I have to keep going. Thanks. For everything.

You're right, there are a lot of shows that I'm not gonna be grateful for watching at the end of my life, but some like Dragon Ball Z do actually change lives, they're modern mythology and set high standards for young people.
Goku is my idol and he has motivated me to be kind and become strong, also he's like massive too, so he's an awesome role model and goal physique, without any of the contamination of steroid users to the collective conciousness
Seeing him become the strongest through training and surpassing Vegeta not because of talent but because he cared about others and the bonds he made because of it is heartwarming. The symbolism behind the spirit bomb and how his pure heart makes him the strongest is truly a masterpiece of art and pinnacle of virtue.
There's a lot of trash anime and series so it must be watched with care but anything that promotes strength and virtue is an actual goldmine. Manga is probably better because you cannot turn your brain off and have to actually read if you take it seriously and you can quit reading more easily than quit watching

yes you can turn your brain off by reading manga, but is winding off at the end of a Hard working Day really that bad? Polarizing everything is really dangerous

Serious question, what about the content that you dont regret consuming? At the end i ve thought of content that i regret consuming and some that i was grateful i ve consumed.

My honest opinion without watching the video is why the fuck would I listen to some other man’s opinion on what I should do in my free time. It’s really gonna vary from person to person depending on unique goals.
But I’m guessing he’s gonna say something along the lines of the valid goal for man in 2024 (which is probably what the community subscription this video is funneling towards is teaching you) is becoming a self improvement youtuber that puts up digital footprint of himself online talking about his sex life, pornography usage, masturbation habits, and red pill stuff that the general public views as “a bunch of incels”, rendering you forever unemployable by any publicly listed company.

You seem more humble now, less aggressive keep this kind of content up. People take this more seriously and actually think about what you're saying. They dont do that when you make an egotistical screaming video. They just take that as entertainment.

I spend my free time talking and sleeping with girls or going fishing 😂. Then its always straight back to the grind working, training boxing, playing chess, playing live music, travelling around the world etc.

I'm a video editor, paid well, train at the gym daily, and train boxing a few times a week, overall, a balanced routine with new things occasionally happening. My biggest fear though, is eventually getting to a point where every day just feels the same, and waking up already expecting what's to come. EVEN though my routine, diet, and habits are healthy and ideal, mentally, it's repetitive, and might eventually drive me insane. Is there a way to prevent this stage from happening?
