I am 21 and a virgin. For a while, from about 17-19 I was feeling completely pathetic and like I needed to get experience to please a woman, and I thought the only way I'd be able to do that was to improve myself. So I started lifting, eating better, doing cardio, and during this time I ended up becoming closer with God and converting to Catholicism. I realized that there is no point in trying to "get experience" when I can just wait to find the woman who will be my wife and get that "experience" with a woman who I actually love and who actually loves me. I'm 25, I'm tired of working on myself and my future without having anything to enjoy now. I went to a mall last Thursday night after work just to see what people get up to. im turning 21 next month and im still a virgin. Im the only one out of my close friends who hasnt had any experience with women and was thinking along the same lines as Hamza mentioned at the beginning of the video worried about needing practice for when i meet a girl i genuinely feel a strong connection with. im currently at uni and achieve pretty good grades, ive been hitting the gym for a few years now and ive built a physique im happy with, fixed up my fashion choices and grooming and i notice that i get attention from more girls, its almost like the way they act around me has changed compared to when i was unathletic and had bad acne as a teenager. However, i still struggle with addictions which have led to feelings of depression and inadequacy and im always making up excuses as to why im not good enough to pursue women. Instead of regretting your past, think about what it taught you and how it made you stronger. Stop labeling yourself and letting your past define you. 3. Self love. I know you want to make friends and get a girl but how can you love others, when you don't even love yourself. Let go of judgment, and think about everything you love about yourself. If this is hard to think about, ask yourself what you're grateful for. You have an able body and a functioning mind. You could be in a wheelchair, paralyzed, or in a coma, so always remember to be thankful. This will take time, so be patient and remember to forgive yourself. 4. Train your focus and memory. You're still young and can change your brain. Even if you're older it's possible. Natural foods, good sleep, and getting sun are the minimum you should do. Reading will help you form thoughts and writing will help you organize your thoughts. You should practice talking out loud and with people. Practice makes perfect. 5. Try fasting and eating brain foods. Research the benefits of lions mane mushrooms, walnuts, almonds, etc... I'm recommending these 3 personally since I've used them. I highly recommend you research fasting too. I intermittent fast, and sometimes I'll do a 1-2 day fast, which acts as a reset for my body/mind. Fasting gets rid of brain fog and induces autophagy, which is when the body destroys old and damaged cells and used them to repair and build new cells. 6. Put yourself out there. Make friends at the gym, at work, and start conversations. As an introvert it's hard, but greet people, learn their names, and start connecting more. And stop overthinking. If you see an attractive woman, go talk to her. So what if she rejects you? It'll make you stronger. Lastly, you'll attract the right people when you live authentically and lead with love. Don't chase anyone, and get comfortable being alone, there's peace in solitude. I know it sounds cliche, but believe in yourself. Your mind is so powerful and once you understand that, your life will change for the better. Also be patient with yourself, change doesn't happen overnight. You forget to mention the Insane confidence boost you get. If you are able to bag good looking women consistently, those skills translate extremely well when smooth talking while doing business. It's a skill that heavily bleeds into other aspects of life. It puts your social skills to the test to develop. Knew they werent wife material, did end up catching feelings, and had to make the right decision. But I still think about them years later. I find myself becoming worried again with finding a woman since the 30s are fast approaching. This is why you should always take these videos with a grain of salt. Even though I think Hamza is great and generally gives good advise, I completely disagree with almost everything he says here.There’s a huge difference in being a virgin out of choice and being a virgin because you cant attract women. Another thing is, there’s nothing that develops you more as a man than learning how to deal with women and learning how they operate, if you don’t do this when you are young you will be miserable later on and potentially taken advantage of if you eventually become successful. I have been focusing on growth as opposed to women for almost half a year now, after a mutual break up back in 2022, and if there is one thing I have learnt from the whole 3 year relationship and the time i've been focusing on myself, it's that no matter what your relationship status, or what part of our life you're in: YOU should be the main focus. I began focusing more on my gf and it took a toll on me mentally and physically. Hamza is objectively wrong on this. I agree with part of his opinion but i disagree completely with his advice. I agree that in order to level up you should forget about women and work on yourself relentlessly everyday. But at some point when you reached a certain level you absolutely have to date women, and i mean casually not seriously. You have to understand female phsycology you have to practice attracting women, you have to learn how to deal with shit tests and objections. You have to understand how they communicate, etc.. Otherwise you will be clueless when it comes to women and 1 out of 2 things will happen: 1. You wont be able to attract the women you actually want, you will either be in the friend zone or get completely ignored or settle for less. 2. Even if you get that woman you won't be able to keep her, you would have many beta tendencies, you'd fall right into her traps, you will be used and abused, and eventually get divorced and lose everything. I have a lot more to say but trust me this advice will most likely ruin your life. Simply put if you don't date women you don't know good from bad, and you can't pick the right one, it's a recipe for disaster.
Sorry but I disagree with this. Would've been more calming if you just got rid of your virginity and have a perfect relationship from the get-go but the truth is that it's a numbers game. @Mr. M It's not fun for me either but what I've noticed is that most women like it and if you don't give it to them they will find it somewhere else. If you have the money to go to high quality places every time and spend a lot of money + make sure it's actually an entertaining place, then even better. But that takes a lot of effort, a lot of thought before hand because you will need to be doing some fun stuff relatively often. If you find the right woman that goes along with your personality and if you yourself can spice it up by going out of your comfort zones, then you don't have to do the above but for a lot of people it's kind of a common practice. There's no right, it all boils down to whatever you like.

I am 21 and a virgin. For a while, from about 17-19 I was feeling completely pathetic and like I needed to get experience to please a woman, and I thought the only way I'd be able to do that was to improve myself. So I started lifting, eating better, doing cardio, and during this time I ended up becoming closer with God and converting to Catholicism. im turning 21 next month and im still a virgin. However, i still struggle with addictions which have led to feelings of depression and inadequacy and im always making up excuses as to why im not good enough to pursue women. This video has changed my mindset - my high standards arent a bad thing and as long as i focus on the positive habits my bad habits will slowly fade away (im not as addicted as i used to be) and my final destination is the best version of myself in a healthy relationship with a high quality woman, however long that might take. 1. Let go of your trauma. Most people pick up an addiction because of trauma. Getting high lets you escape and forget about your problems for the moment, but they'll always come back, usually worse because you put it off so long and because you're abusing your body and mind. Whatever trauma is eating at you, you need to feel it and let it go, no matter how hard it is. Only then can you heal.
2. Positive thoughts. Your thoughts drive your emotions, so you need to stop wallowing in negativity and self pity. You had a tough past and made mistakes, but you're not the same person anymore. Instead of regretting your past, think about what it taught you and how it made you stronger. Stop labeling yourself and letting your past define you.
3. Self love. I know you want to make friends and get a girl but how can you love others, when you don't even love yourself. Let go of judgment, and think about everything you love about yourself. If this is hard to think about, ask yourself what you're grateful for. You have an able body and a functioning mind. You could be in a wheelchair, paralyzed, or in a coma, so always remember to be thankful. This will take time, so be patient and remember to forgive yourself.
4. Train your focus and memory. You're still young and can change your brain. Even if you're older it's possible. Natural foods, good sleep, and getting sun are the minimum you should do. Reading will help you form thoughts and writing will help you organize your thoughts. You should practice talking out loud and with people. Practice makes perfect.
5. Try fasting and eating brain foods. Research the benefits of lions mane mushrooms, walnuts, almonds, etc... I'm recommending these 3 personally since I've used them. I highly recommend you research fasting too. I intermittent fast, and sometimes I'll do a 1-2 day fast, which acts as a reset for my body/mind. Fasting gets rid of brain fog and induces autophagy, which is when the body destroys old and damaged cells and used them to repair and build new cells.
6. Put yourself out there. Make friends at the gym, at work, and start conversations. As an introvert it's hard, but greet people, learn their names, and start connecting more. And stop overthinking. If you see an attractive woman, go talk to her. So what if she rejects you? It'll make you stronger. Lastly, you'll attract the right people when you live authentically and lead with love. Don't chase anyone, and get comfortable being alone, there's peace in solitude.
I know it sounds cliche, but believe in yourself. Your mind is so powerful and once you understand that, your life will change for the better. Also be patient with yourself, change doesn't happen overnight. One last thing, self improvement has 3 pillars, mental, physical, and spiritual. Don't neglect spiritual growth. You forget to mention the Insane confidence boost you get. If you are able to bag good looking women consistently, those skills translate extremely well when smooth talking while doing business. It's a skill that heavily bleeds into other aspects of life. It puts your social skills to the test to develop. One year ago I stuttered and always chickened out of asking out women, and basicall a social tard. Then I started to go for easy picks but never ended up anywhere. Hey Hamza, just wanted to let you know how much this video has helped mee get over recent events. I’m currently 17, have a slight stomach but I’ve put on quite some muscle over the past few years. I’ve asked out 4 girls and approached 1 (but couldn’t get the words out of my mouth and just ran away). I’ve mainly done it because my brother (8 years elder to me) told me to as when he went to college, he saw so many grown ass men afraid to approach a woman and didn’t want me to turn out the same way.
But this last girl was different, I felt like I genuinely loved her and could see myself spending the rest of my days with her (ik, big talk from someone who’s so young and inexperienced but I’m being honest here). So I asked her out and she rejected me saying that she wasn’t really looking for a relationship right now, but I decided to stay in the friendzone, something which I hadn’t done before because she was genuinely fun talking to plus we shared some of our friends.
But my want for her only grew and I saw myself trying to be her boyfriend again over the next few months, I followed some of your tips on how to get out of the friendzone by avoiding her and being cold-hearted, it didn’t feel right but I did it cuz I was told I would get results. It didn’t work and I found us only drifting farther apart. Eventually I realized that I couldn’t keep living a lie and had to get out of the friendzone one way or another. So just 2 days ago, I told her all this and asked her out a final time but she said that she was already seeing someone else at the time.
I had never been dealt a blow this bad in my life before and felt inadequate, I was also really disappointed that it didn’t work out because I felt like I could entirely skip this trouble of finding a girl later if I got one this early. This is why you should always take these videos with a grain of salt. Even though I think Hamza is great and generally gives good advise, I completely disagree with almost everything he says here.There’s a huge difference in being a virgin out of choice and being a virgin because you cant attract women. And the former is very rarely the case. Be honest with yourself. This is what find troublesome about this video and is the fact that people might take as an excuse to rationalize their incompetence. As someone who had a lot of success at some point in the date on world and now is going through a monk phase, going through a “hoe” phase was about the best thing that could ever happened to me, and yes you eventually realize it’s superficial and then you start working on more meaningful things, but the things you learn and the adventures you go through in the process are irreplaceable, so you DO need to experience it in my opinion. One of Hanzas main arguments is that you lose brain power by focusing on dating. But this is nothing compared to the brainpower you lose when you are feeling left out and like you are missing out, and you are a virgin, let me tell you, you are truly missing out. Another thing is, there’s nothing that develops you more as a man than learning how to deal with women and learning how they operate, if you don’t do this when you are young you will be miserable later on and potentially taken advantage of if you eventually become successful. It is fantastic to make the decision to stop dating entirely so that you can use all your brain power to focus on your goals, but this is only possible once you know it’s not because you can’t but because your are sacrificing pleasure for long term success. I have been focusing on growth as opposed to women for almost half a year now, after a mutual break up back in 2022, and if there is one thing I have learnt from the whole 3 year relationship and the time i've been focusing on myself, it's that no matter what your relationship status, or what part of our life you're in: YOU should be the main focus. I began focusing more on my gf and it took a toll on me mentally and physically. Ever since we broke up, Ive been meditating, going to the gym, and spending more time on self-improvement and it has been THE most productive part of my life, thanks to Hamza and a few of my good friends & family. To those reading, remember self improvement should be your priority. Thinking about girls can come after you improve upon your mind and body. I agree with part of his opinion but i disagree completely with his advice.
I agree that in order to level up you should forget about women and work on yourself relentlessly everyday.
But at some point when you reached a certain level you absolutely have to date women, and i mean casually not seriously.
You have to understand female phsycology you have to practice attracting women, you have to learn how to deal with shit tests and objections. You have to understand how they communicate, etc..
Otherwise you will be clueless when it comes to women and 1 out of 2 things will happen:
1. You wont be able to attract the women you actually want, you will either be in the friend zone or get completely ignored or settle for less.
2. Even if you get that woman you won't be able to keep her, you would have many beta tendencies, you'd fall right into her traps, you will be used and abused, and eventually get divorced and lose everything.
I have a lot more to say but trust me this advice will most likely ruin your life. Simply put if you don't date women you don't know good from bad, and you can't pick the right one, it's a recipe for disaster.

Sorry but I disagree with this. Would've been more calming if you just got rid of your virginity and have a perfect relationship from the get-go but the truth is that it's a numbers game.
You need to go through a bunch of women, get confidence and status, which will attract you more attractive girls, then if you do self-improvement parallel to that, you will even get attractive girls with a nice personality.
Yeah sure, don't fck around but why save yourself till' you are comfortable doing so and 26+ years old with a nice income. You will be a boring choice to most of the women because you don't have the experience to create an experience for them (in general, not with sex but sex includes everything else about you that you do during the day)
I am a virgin, do not intend to do it with everybody even if I could and I don't intend to lower my standards A LOT but it's a bit of a dumb idea to save yourself in this generation, you only lose.
I have a few chicks who like me or used to like me but I turn them down because of my high standards, which I kind of hate to be honest. I constantly get doubts about the girl even if I have a small crush on her and it's partially because I am scared of seeming like an imposter and also because I genuinely have unnecessarily high standards.
I can get to the stage of making a girl like me/present myself in a nice way but I am unable to escalate it into anything for a bunch of reasons:
- fear of not living up to the image I have of myself in my head
- i am really a big "home person" and go on vacations super rarely, which is quite a bit of a financial problem but also because of my pragmatic self, so I know that I can't bring her joyful events like every average guy can (from my country). I can only be a fun person to be around and live with but too boring about "events"
- My social media is trash, I have only 1 picture and don't want to post stuff on there (not because it's degenerate but for a lot of different reasons), so that's also hurting my chances a lot

@Mr. M It's not fun for me either but what I've noticed is that most women like it and if you don't give it to them they will find it somewhere else.
If you have the money to go to high quality places every time and spend a lot of money + make sure it's actually an entertaining place, then even better.
But that takes a lot of effort, a lot of thought before hand because you will need to be doing some fun stuff relatively often.
If you find the right woman that goes along with your personality and if you yourself can spice it up by going out of your comfort zones, then you don't have to do the above but for a lot of people it's kind of a common practice.
There's no right, it all boils down to whatever you like.

I haven't finished the video yet but I think you're going to touch on an epiphone I literally had today: I don't know how to attract good girls anymore. I don't know how to court good women anymore. I've gotten all this "experience" with low quality women, and not only does it not translate, it actively harms my ability to attract and build a relationship with a good girl.

Just through chatting about her past and from what some mutual friends had told me she's only slept with 2 guys, and both were long term relationships. She's 26. I just recently started self improvement, and almost simultaneously started dating a woman subjectively above my smv, she is more of wife material than anything I had before. With her, I rather feel motivated for my own journey when thinking of her, because I think that by improving myself(as a priority) I might at the same time impress her more, so she is kind of a factor of keeping me in line with my own goals, although she has no idea what even my goals are, or that she is a source of motivation. I'm not going to stop dating her, because I got my priorities straight this time round, but I still am grateful for this video has reminded me, to never change my priorities again for noone. I hope this makes sense, if not feel free to reflect on any mistakes I may be making.
