Just started doing gratitude this week, thought I might as well start with the person who made this all possible for me, Hamza.
Thank you Hamza. You have no idea how greatly you’ve impacted my life in the last 2-3 months. You’re someone I can really look up to, and even from the maybe 25 videos I’ve seen of yours, I’ve learned an assortment of new things. I’ve actually felt a significant confidence boost from when I first started watching your videos.
Thank you Hamza. You really are helping mold my life for the better, as well as countless other thankful subscribers like me.

Hamza this is coming from a person who usually NEVER comments on videos like these i'd just shyly watch these videos from a distance and barely adapt to it because they seem so unrealistic
But your honesty and you being the realest mf out there helped me a shit ton
Just this past week i felt nervous before i met this really cute girl in my school that wanted to hang out w me and the only thing i did that calmed me down was pound my chest like a gorilla and yell to myself "Adonisssss" 3 times and from there everything was a breeze.
    Thank you king.

As someone who did speech and debate and loves public speaking, here are a few baseground rules:
    1. Convince yourself before others: You need to believe in what you’re talking about. People can sense your hesitation / apprehensiveness when you start speaking out of your ass. That’s because you’re conflicted internally about what the hell you’re talking about.
    2. You will be okay: Go into every situation knowing that even if you botch it horribly, you will walk it off and you won’t die. People won’t remember your blunder for more than the rest of the day. You will live.
    3. Understand when to shut up: This is a hard one for people who love to hear themselves. There are times and people where it’s acceptable to go on tangits without letting anyone else talk. But in most social / work settings, you need to allow for the give and take flow of conversation.
    4. An interesting person is interested: the real trick to having people like you and want to talk to you is really just letting them talk about themselves. Ask them questions, and be genuinely interested in them. Next time you find yourself with someone you love talking to, analyze what they do.

Even the other day I remember walking into the room and one of my mates stood up so I could sit down, I didn't even signal it, I just put my drink down next to him.. then he just stood up and stayed standing awkwardly whilst talking to me.
I also notice people parrot me. I'll tell a story and they'll tell a similar one to try and get the same reaction I got from people.

This is so true. Here’s my story.
Example 1: I play sports, I’ve played soccer for a long time and I’m pretty good at it. I get compliments on my defense. I’m incredibly confident and willing to talk and be a leader when it comes to soccer because I’m always starting on the team and usually leading the defense.
Example 2: On the contrary, in American football and basketball I’m not near as good. I’m usually benched or a backup in both. I’m always intimidated by the coaches and older players and I have a lot of anxiety talking to them. I’m not near as valued on the team in those situations and I don’t lift as much weight as a lot of the other players.

Adonis roasts someone indirectly at 0:05, Jeffrey doesn't realize it's about him.

U really helped me first time today journaling, working out since me and my ldr gf broke up, before 2 months or so, after she cheated. But I realized that this relationship couldntz work because i didnt put work in myself but rather the relationship, what made it even harder, now im on no fap since we broke up training every single day running ever 2nd for 5 miles, I use social media less and dont play video games no more, my only bad habit is my weed addiction, which im working on rn also got better, im also trying to meditate every single day, if had some experience before meditating but stopped, bc fapping was more important lmao, now im doing it every day and it really helps me, since im working out everyday its like really hard to actually have time to do bad habits, i stopped playing video games not bc i was like "i stop playing games now" it just like happened bc i literally dont got time no more. Everybody can do it just start with physical exercise and stretching and most things will get better.
STAY HARD BRAHS but.... Bro i got bigger calves lmao

People would always complain when I talked loud enough. As I got older my English got worse and I slurred my words, it sucked. Speak louder, it helps.
