This was perfect for me as I usually get a strained neck within seconds of doing work on my abs so I tend to avoid it or not get as much out of it. This workout allowed me to benefit from the exercises without any pain in my neck!
I so appreciate the reminder to pull my tummy button in nice and tight because I often forget. It's so important because it is so good for my tummy muscles. When you tell me to pull my tummy button in I notice my tummy muscles are bulging a bit. Thank you!
i’m on day 1 currently, couldn’t follow through with the straight-legged ones but am looking forward to the day i do. it felt really good! it also gave me so much less neck strain than lying down ab workouts. thank you so much!
Came here as I always strain my neck with other Ab workouts and I definitely feel my core burning and my neck is fine! I do feel a bit tender in my lower back but not too much, found it challenging but completed it!
I would love to know how you get on with this workout and how your neck feels!
