    thank u lisa for this session.; i was looking for neck friendly but effective ab excercises.. i've been doing this session twice a day and i've already noticed some results ! I love your videos. They make a perfect combination with my yoga practice

    Thank you very much for these Lisa. I have looked at quite a few supposedly neck-safe ab workouts and they have all included crunches of some sort, which really hurt my neck!

    Hi Lisa. I want to join your pilates subscription but I don't see an option for neck friendly workouts. Do you have a series for that?

      Hi lily! Our beginner schedule is very neck friendly as there is limited flexion, we have lots of workouts that are standing arm work, side lying leg work, flexibility etc that require no neck flexion at all.
