Big Brown Trout On Boone Lake

Boone Lake was drawn down for about 10 years due to troubles with the dam. It is now back to full pool, but they still draw it down in the winter for spring thaw. It is known for quality, not quantity fish. Stripers, Hybrids, Brown Trout, and Smallmouth Bass. First time I have been here in about 13 years. Bait was deep and I was using shiners most of the time.
