Ingredients:
8 oz. Penne Pasta (or pasta of choice)
2 tbsp. Butter
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup White Wine or Chicken Broth
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes in olive oil (drained)
½ cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
1/4 cup freshly Grated Parmesan
1/4 teaspoon dried Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (or more, to taste)
Small handful fresh Basil chopped finely
Kosher Salt and freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
2 Chicken Breast
