recently made tuscan chicken and shrimp over a mashed white sweet potato, very good. i love a good sundried tomato myself. i had a bad experience with them in the past but it took for me to try a better brand, and boy i was amazed at the taste of it. instead of using another oil, i used the oil that came with the tomatoes due to it being flavorful and cooked both my chicken and shrimp in it..... this recipe i just may try with bacon. keep the recipes coming home cook!
Kinda like Italian Mac and cheese. What a great easy way to teach this dish. Good tip about pre-shredded Mozzarella. I imagine block would make it stringy. Do you ever cook with artichokes in oil? Have any recipes? This one is a must try the red pepper flakes kick it up a notch. Love

I haven't cooked with artichokes but I do like them. Maybe I'll look into something using artichokes.
