You know, chef John is my all Time favourite chef on UA-cam, but you are a VERY close second. You Made me try a lot of the recipes, and this one will be next.
Chef John is great but for me Jack offers many recipes I’ve grown up with and all his recipes are in metric measures that I’m familiar with, something Chef John doesn’t offer me as great as his recipes are.
Great video as always Jack. Fabulous recipe. I did it last evening and it was fantastic. I just tweaked the recipe in one way. I added about a teaspoon of basil pesto to the cream.
Just cooked this recipe, served with new potatoes and spinach. Wow the flavour in the sauce is crazy. I will be adding this to the virtual recipe book. Thanks

I made sun dried cherry tomatos from the Garden this year. Delicious. Omg. That's great saving the roots for stock. I have bags in the freezer with seafood and chicken scraps to make stock with later. I'll throw my roots in from now on.
This is conceptually like Indian Butter Chicken. If this is your own invention then this just goes to show how intuitive you are as a Chef. Good job! Please keep up the good work ♥️

Everything looks so tasty! Can you recommend an alternative to heavy whipping cream? I'm trying to see if there's any way to lighten up this recipe, along with your others, calorie-wise. (200 ML of heavy whipping cream can total up to 700 calories!)
That would be so yum, it’s definitely going on my long and ever increasing list of recipes of yours to cook, I suspect I should be buying a cow or goat 🐐 for all the creamy recipes I want to make.
Also I used half and half because I didn't have any heavy cream and added a bit of cornstarch slurry to thicken it up. Worked like a charm. I work from home and was really trying not to go to the store. Lol
Pork loin would also work quite well in these creamy chicken recipes, Duck breast or legs, thighs, would also be wonderful for these recipes though more expensive.

Well thats 2 from 2 for me, we've just had this jeez it was good. That oil from the sundried tomatoes is the star. Just like the coconut chickpea curry this is anothet recipe for the future. Mmmmmmm. Whats next?
I just tried out this dish. The sauce was very tasty. I need to chop my onions smaller. I also left the sundried tomatoes whole but I'd chop them finely next time so the sauce looks prettier. I really didn't like the texture of the chicken thighs in this dish. They felt a little chewy. I'd prefer boiled chicken breast as it would be more tender. Thanks for this recipe I will tweak it and use it again and again x

I added frozen spinach (last 5 minutes). It was great & I was able to get my greens as well as my proteins.
I use the oil on everything its so good.
One of my favourite salad dressings aswell
