I'm already postpartum, but i think I will try those smoothies anyway, such great ideas to get a complete and nutritious breakfast while trying to manage all the kids, baby and husband 😵😂🙌 I love your workouts, but i also vote for more nutrition videos!
Choline is so important for a baby’s future mental health especially if your family has genetic risk factors for mental illnesses like schizophrenia. Unfortunately, most prenatal as don’t contain it or do so in very small amounts.
