@@BellsFarming Haha you're probably right! I do have some dumpsters on my route that are farms. A quick tip that will help in the winter when water gets in the can and it will with no covers especially with the cold temps it will freeze on the bottom. So since your a farm you deal with netting, strings hoses etc that will freeze into the water. So when he tries to dump your can half stays in the other half goes into the truck and it just becomes a mess connecting both...lol Then the driver has to get out and try and cut that mess to separate the two. Looking forward to watch that seeding stuff that I'm clueless about...Tractor hood and stickers came out great for a JD...hahaha I got a Kubota BX23S and its a child toy to that man size tractor u got...
Wow Molly! Driving in a winter wonderland with downed trees and low power lines. Then showing us how the smaller potatoes are bagged. That is a nice process. Pricey Decals, but your tractor is worth it. We drove to Ohio for the Eclipse to see totality. It cleared up and was a life changing experience. Thanks for the latest video.
A lot of people would be upset maybe, with such a late snowfall like that. But us farmers are crying for the moisture to help grow our crops this year. Especially as this winter was way below average snowfall in our region here in Ontario. The JD looks good with the new hood and decals!👍
Yes, I had never thought about the snow in that way. Another viewer mentioned too we the snow in your area and needing the moisture. We had so much the last year, it’s the last thing I would think about helping! Thanks for the comment!

Another interesting video, Molly. I was feeling nervous for Shane having the camera on him while applying the decals. He did great. We had similar snow and power outages in Old Orchard Beach. G,day Molly Aussie watching would love to see a Aus flag on your Hood, PS My wife maiden name is Bell. If you have a mail box ill send a flag sticker..
Molly just saw you and your sweet husband put them stickers on Your tractor awesome job.. but a sticker right 400.00 for a sticker wow. plastic hood and sticker for exorbitant prices wow. damn lucky you didn't have them put them on for you wow add another 400 for labor costs . I think what would have looked better is a Bells farms sticker and then the American flag. but if you want the John Deere logo think some tape a brush some different paints to match sticker colors and numbers, just use some stencils, a razor blade, and when done use some clear coat. and your hood would have been fine. so funny here went to get a tire fixed because it was flat.. they said 49.00 i said for a 16 inch tire? yep we have to break it down find the hole grind the rubber clean the grind spot then put glue down and then apply patch roll out patch and then put tire back together. so yea 49.00 and then they said..... plus tax. so that will be 61.97. i said well good for you..... not happening. But we got it broke down already good for you.. went over grabbed my tire and walked out. so i got on harbor freight bought a Manuel tire machine 39.99. fixed my tire for 3 bucks. and now i have made my money back.. neighbors found out i had one,.. so now it is fix a tire for 6.00 and i am doing at least 10 a week for people. can't believe the greed that goes on today wow!! Take care be safe you Shane and Bells Farms thanks for showing puppies. awesome pups. but i still think a Bells farm sticker on your tractor is better then the John Deere one. just saying my opinion. remember life is an adventure good bad it still is an adventure. stay safe have fun it is what life is about.
That’s cool about you being the tire fixing guy now! Very nice! Yes I will be putting a large bell farms decal on. I am working on the logo currently and will have solemn made when it’s done.
Hahah penny wise was around before the movie. But maybe Steven king got it from a potato bag! lol he is from Maine. And penny wise is a common stock bag.
Another cool and informative video. One request though: when you talk about types/sizes of potatoes. i.e. "Chefs", can you remind us what that means and why? Thanks.
Yes I can try and remember to do that. Chefs are the big ones, #1 are the ones you find in the 5lb bags at the store. Size B is the small potatoes. And size C are the cute little baby potatoes. #2 is a second in quality, aka not so pretty ones
Tractors looking snazzy! Great god that much snow and now it’s gone! Gotta love spring! Potato work is never done lol So when will you be planting the corn?
@@BellsFarming I purchased some strawberry plants and planted some corn and sunflowers inside the house. Also planted some seeds for lettuce, cucumbers, eggplant. So the fun is beginning!

Hi from Brewer Molly btw quick question what are the hours of the farm store and what days are you open I'm thinking about making the drive from Brewer to Auburn to check your farm store and buy a few things because I like to support local farms and businesses? I forgot to mention if you need help in the potato packing area next winter because of being short handed I'm available to help out just to let you know.
Hey there, the farm store is open 8-4 Monday through Saturday. We have potatoes and some frozen meat from a local farm. If you want to wait until august we will have veggies and sweet corn! But come whenever! We appreciate the business. I will be seeking hats in the store soon too
I couldnt believe how much my Massey stickers were! Why? We are advertising for them, they should be free :) Question, do they still send inspecters to check the potatoes on the line like they did for us in the early 2000s? They would somwtimes reject a whole truck load.
So I haven’t ever seen a state inspector. But I think that’s because the is a huge shortage. I think out 10s have that date of Maine seal on them, so those would be the bags they would inspect if there was a person to do that job hahaha
That John Deere is almost as pretty as you Molly. I enjoyed the scenery and the camera views. Glad you all made it with the snow. I loved the horse barn. Gorgeous place. Question, is all this water going to set you back any, as far as planting goes? I know you plant more than potatoes. Its warming up so I might be getting some corn too? 😍 Again thanks for putting in the work to make these videos. Very much appreciated Molly. Again take care of yourself and be safe. Say hello from me to your beautiful dogs. I love them and look forward to a pic I will be sending today. Have fun
Haven’t delt with them, we bought ours from equipment capital in Canada. The tech from there is awesome, but parts are impossible to get from them, no joke a camera cable took over a year , obviously I had already purchased one and had it next day shipped from McMaster Carr.

I think it should be a rule that every time you receive over 12 inches of fresh now, it’s a half day off to go snowmobiling
I love being home in snow days!
@@BellsFarming It’s quiet and magical, I think those are the best days
Wow looked like a dangerous drive be careful and did you have that name Penny Wise before the Movie🤣later girl.❤️😎🇺🇸
@@BellsFarming awesome! Thanks
Tractors looking snazzy! Great god that much snow and now it’s gone! Gotta love spring! Potato work is never done lol So when will you be planting the corn?
We start planting potatoes and corn right around the same time.
@@BellsFarming I purchased some strawberry plants and planted some corn and sunflowers inside the house. Also planted some seeds for lettuce, cucumbers, eggplant. So the fun is beginning!
Eclipse potatoes are worth more money!! It's all about marketing. Lol
Hahahahahhaha
watching you again lol
Haha thanks dad
We watch the videos a few times hahah
Wow you did get a lot of snow. Many Ontarians are starting to remove their snow tires from their cars at this time of the year.
I have seen a few people with them on here still :)
Hi Molly, Your tractor looks great, really like the flag. When you get the seed ready do you guys do it by hand ? Thanks for Sharing. 😊
We have a machine that cuts it for us. The will be the next video!
Molly those decals certainly make your JD look better even though they were expensive, where did you put the American flag?
Yeah it did make it look better. It was worth it. And I wanted to have the number displayed 8320. I did put the flag on the hood close to the cab. 🇺🇸
Looks like a lot of chit happen since your last video lol. Glad to see the hood is not naked now 😄. Did you get the earrings?🥔
YES!!! they are great!!!! Thank you so much. Very thoughtful. I am going to wear them when I do my next little potato lady picture 🥔🥔😁
Officially have received my first gift from an awesome viewer! Thank you!
@@BellsFarming I am SOOOOO happy you like them 🥳. Can't wait to see them in the little potato lady picture!!! I need to send the T-shirt in case you want to wear that too 😄😉
You don’t have to! The earrings are enough! But if you insist I’m a size small hahah
@@BellsFarming Oh I do insist!! Will you be posting the pic somewhere? Maybe your new profile pic? 😃😍
BTW it's not a small but it looks really small to me 😆.
I was wondering how you would enjoy the eclipse. We saw about 50% in Utah.
We were 90 something % it was pretty cool
Next up: To Armor All those tractor tires;)) You should do it before the potato season gets underway....
Boy that would really make the tractor look good! I am going to do some touch up paint on some places. I’ll see about making those tires look good :)
That was a lot of money for a little stickers!
I know!
You should only use Shade 14 welding glass to view the pre and post totality eclipse. Not that it matters now anyways lol.
Well I guess the welding shop had that information wrong. They were the ones who told us 12 was approved.
The racing stripes gib u an xtra 5 horsepower.
Hahaha I hope!
Hi Molly , Your up early
I was! Haha

Did you swim in the pond as a kid?
The farm pond we have was a blast in the hot summer growing up.
Now it’s grown in.
That would have been nice. I didn’t live around here when I was a kid.

What every husband wants to do..showcase his nimble wife!
👍👍
Hahahaha I’m a goof!
Hi Molly. I enjoy your content on the farm. When is the horse riding vid coming. Take care.
Haha I wasn’t sure if that would be something people would want to see. I’m just learning how to ride, so maybe in a few months. Haha ok ask in a video coming up and see what your guys all think. Thank you for watching and the feedback back!!
@@BellsFarming I think it would make good footage. You are a star with the ability to explain things well.
Yes the last snow of the year? Wait n see😃
Oh it better be! This is already second last one haha
@@BellsFarming it ended here in South Dakota so no more snow till November
I was lucky enough to be able to watch the eclipse in totality from my yard definitely awesome site thanks for sharing
I will be seeking hats in the store soon too
How long can you keep potatoes before they go bad?
We keep them around about 10 months.
I couldnt believe how much my Massey stickers were! Why? We are advertising for them, they should be free :)
Question, do they still send inspecters to check the potatoes on the line like they did for us in the early 2000s?
Have fun

Any recommendations on a good Newtec dealer for parts & service? Thanks. Jim
Not really. Not yet anyway. Fox packaging is going to be my next try hopefully have good luck with them
@@shanebell9589 So, shying away from AgPak in NY? Appreciate it. Jim
Haven’t delt with them, we bought ours from equipment capital in Canada. The tech from there is awesome, but parts are impossible to get from them, no joke a camera cable took over a year , obviously I had already purchased one and had it next day shipped from McMaster Carr.
