AWESOME return to the screen and so many NM covers. Let's start with....... Thank you again for the shout out, i'll always pass the Baton to you as well, really, no one, I mean NO ONE else has Videos of collections like we show so this is great. 1st off: I love Talking Heads, probably my most favorite band as far as each song is different from the next, not one is the same, I love that blues tune in Risky Business that was played, also Girlfriend better than that, Sugar on my tongue, Psycho killer, Once in a lifetime and Burning down the House to name a few. Next The Church under the milky way (great tune for driving at night), and OMG yes Pale Shelter that feel good goose bump acoustic strum as it kicks in is already a great start then after the chorus it all rises at the falsetto, wow. That Hurting lp, what a great time (have you heard their new one? The Tipping Point, brought that dark 80's sound back. Echo and TBM oh yes The Cutter, anything on that Songs to Learn and sing but nice blue cover version with promo. Eurythmics another falsetto voice and beauty on that one, ughhhh someone bring back this sound and make new stuff. Depeche, where do I begin? I absolutely love the final ending part of the Schitzo mix of just cant get enough (now that's some sick stuff right there). Pleasure little treasure too from Bright Lights Big City Movie. David Bowie, I am so Jelli over that one and German pressing "super sound single" always a sign it's from Germany, what a great sound on that production like "Love my way" Ashes to Ashes, later on when its towards the end it gets really strange with bizarre sounds almost like the end of Fleetwood Mac's-Gold Dust Woman that eerie haunting guitar cry. People were very creative. The Shamen, oh man my Rave days 1991. The Fixx...........now were talkin' Stand or Fall, crank it loud, that "euro feeling", ohhhh that Euro sound, the U.S. just didnt grab that type of sound that Roxy, Tears, Echo, Fixx, Numan, Thompson, Duran, Flock etc all did. Great choice on that. Look up The Fizz-Less cities more moving people" in the chorus, its very epic and spacey, loud and beautiful. Italo Disco: I have Cupid Girl by My Mine, great group. They did a few, nice score on Hypnotik Tango. Glad you love the Belgian Girl, what a fine tune, beautiful and so melodic but that's Italo right? That singers is from the 1960's era for singing. The Fashion, yeah looks like Tony Hadley a bit, great banger of an Italo Tune, the sounds used in this stuff is also in itself. Emulators I believe like what Depeche used. Expensive stuff. I just Know Albert One-Lady O, great tune too. Yeah he passed already, sad. Shy Rose, Canadian I believe, that one's very pricey, many are after that. Nice cover "yowzah" :) I do know Koto Visitors but not the Proxyon or the Den Harrow, i'll check em out. Check out HARDCORPS-JE SUIS PASE, oh god the electro sounds in that, its from france and loud, even see the video. By the way I have a few Razormaids they are the Cycle Sector series on Marble Splatter. Oh, how do you get stickers off? I once used a quick blow torch across the cover in a milli second with my eyes closed, it was so stuck on there from like 1982 and already yellowing. It totally did it. I dont recommend anyone use a blow torch but it worked, I do always use a blow dryer, for maybe a 2 minutes right on it, easy peel slowly, an 1/8" at a time till gone, I HATE dj stickers, but what can we do? I have a EURO DISCO AND ITALO DISCO vid coming soon, got sick right now but soon. All absolute masterpieces. By the way check my Down to earth exploring on facebook and UA-cam for our Abandoned Mine and Caving explores, we made 2 front page Newspapers last week. Well, till the next video cheers. Oh, got something coming your way, you'll see. You'll probably put them in your next video.

Hello, my Good Friend. It's so much FUN to be in this "Vinyl Community" and share, learn, and embrace the absolute best sounds of the 80's. Again, a huge THANKS for the Italo records... much appreciated!!!
Your wonderful comments really inspires me to post more videos (love to share these 80's Vinyl gems). On the Talking Heads subject, you will be surprised on the next record that just arrived on my doorstep; it will be posted in the next video for sure. It's the "ONE" I've been waiting for a long while - stay tuned!
"Pale Shelter" - Tears for Fears - your description of the "acoustic strum" is spot-on. Echo and the Bunnymen's "Songs to Learn & Sing" is still too pricey (minimum of $37) and only 1 in the states. I paid less than (half) for a minty copy of The Cutter EP - just got lucky I guess. DM's "Just Cant Get Enough" 12" single ~ sold this on Ebay many years ago (a HUGE regret). I would love to have in my collection again.
Oh yes... David Bowie - "Ashes to Ashes" single was quite a challenge to acquire. It was in and out of my want list selections over time due to its rarity, price, and availability in the area (avoid huge shipping costs and the long enduring wait).
Thanks for the recommendation of "Cupid Girl" - I will definitely pull it up and listen. Trust your judgement very well - never disappoints. Also, I'll check out your caving explores - congrats on making the headlines. Happy Times! 'Till next time, my friend!!

Yes Indeed! Great LP - fortunate to own the original copy (really close on getting the re-issue). Prices are rising on this gem. So many years, I listened and loved "Under the Milky Way"; not realizing there was another track that was just as good - "Reptile". The guitar action in this track is GREAT!! Thanks for watching and commenting on my video. Take care!

Hypnotic Tango is such a great single, I wish I had more italo-disco on vinyl but it's just not common outside of mainland Europe. Dark Entries are a great label though, for Christmas I got some rare Greek electro from them - Lena Platonos's 'Gallop'.
Also, I can't believe you don't have Songs from the Big Chair! The Hurting is great, but Songs is just one of the all-time best new wave records. Highly recommend you pick that one up. Their last album of the '80s, Seeds of Love, is pretty good too - all of those albums hold up even today.

My friend, great to hear from you! Hypnotic Tango is a banging song for sure; almost forgot how good it was - a must-have!! I’ll probably score some “hard to find” goth or dark wave vinyl in the near future from the Dark Entries label. I’ll have to give a listen to “Gallop”.
My wife loves “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” & has been playing it on UA-cam lately. So it’s probably time to snag the 1985 LP; but I’m not spending over $30. Hopefully my local record store will price it reasonably. Maybe you’ll see it posted in my next video. Thanks for chiming in to my channel. I’ll keep the vinyl flowing!

Congrats on that Bowie 12” import - Ashes To Ashes. I’m putting together a Bowie collection, but that one I don’t have.

It’s great to hear from you again, my 80’s friend. Thank You for your comments as always. Hard to get this Bowie single (price + condition); it’s been on my want list for a long time. Scary Monsters would be an LP I wouldn’t mind having in my collection. Just love that vintage & iconic picture jacket of Bowie (definitely stands out). Please post a video of your Bowie Collection. That would be so cool.

What surprised me about the Side B track on my "Pale Shelter" 12" single entitled "We Are Broken" is that the samples and music from this track are used in "Head Over Heels" on the Songs from the Big Chair LP. Learn something new about Music every day.

Amazing collection!!! I have the Dark Entries press of Hypnotic Tango too! I got it for a similar reason - it was hard to find a good version of the 12" without spending too much money at the moment, but an Italian press is still definitely on my list. I also specifically got it for the photograph and Stefano Micheli's liner notes, which I have framed on my music wall.
That German press of Can Delight is such a marvel too!!! I also recently purchased from Discogs a few copies of the Japanese Polystar editions of Can Delight and the LP since I'd been trying to bid on those for ages and couldn't find good copies until recently! Absolutely love this group and I'm so glad you enjoy them too!

THANK YOU!! Your wonderful comment is much appreciated. Oh yeah, since I read your comment I listened to "Hypnotic Tango" at least (3) more times - just that good. Those first sounds created in '83 were so skillful and the talent of My Mine is very respectful.
I can't tell you how many years I waited for "Can Delight" 12" single to be available in the U.S. and a reasonable price to be listed. My original plan was to acquire the pressing from Italy mainly for the jacket cover with the group displayed. Then the German copy appeared one day with the same track and I pulled the trigger (never looked back). You're right... it is such a marvel! I'm curious about the LP if it has the same sound as these great tracks. It was a pleasure sharing my thoughts of My Mine with you, and the best of luck moving forward with your collection. Especially with acquiring those "hard to get" Original pressings.
