Cake Ingredients:
-250 gr of carrots
-1/2 cup (150 gr) of apple puree
-1/4 cup (60 ml) of olive oil
-1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
-1/3 cup (80 ml) of agave syrup + 2 tbsp
-1 & 1/2 cup (200 gr) of oat flour
-a pinch of salt
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-1/2 tsp of baking soda
-150 gr of plant based spread
