Went to Rokurinsha last week and still thinking about the Tsukemen I had. It was just absolutely lush. Can’t wait to return to Tokyo to go back to Rokurinsha.
I went to the next door neighbor because Rokurinsha just ALWAYS has a huge line out. Got some great Tsukemen and made a short video about it. The place is called Oreshiki Jun, come check it out!
The food you ate is not called ramen, it’s called tsukemen... you put small portions of Chinese styled noodles in a bowl. The place you ate at is alright but quite overrated.. in my opinion, the best tsukemen in Tokyo is called “menshou tekatora” in Roppongi
I had such high expectations coming here!!! But I didn't like it at all :( it was too salty and fishy for my taste. The noodles were too thick as well for my liking.
The foul mouth of this Asian guy is a turn off for someone who is supposedly rate good food. Maybe he needs to rate himself first. The Caucasian guy is the same.
