The hardest part genuinely is the getting started part, and finding what you like. Once it becomes a part of your routine just like showering is, it becomes easier to do it every day. You must find what you like doing. I wana be a pilates girl but i hateeee doing anything on the floor it just hurts. So i do everything standing. I also do not want to run but i love walking and i love emkfits hiit dance videos. Bc i enjoy it i WANT to do it its not a chore
I’m a 12 year old girl, I just started working out 3 days ago and I love it so much!! I use an elliptical and bike machine. Me and my mom are also going to get a treadmill soon!! I also do small workouts too: sit-ups, pushups, planks, 12 pound weights, and yoga. Thank you, this helped me a lot
I got through it but i had a very very bad depression and started by making moving a habit and setting a timer at the same time everyday to just stretch or move for however long i could. Just soft movement or whatever i felt i could manage that day, which sometimes isn't a lot. (30mn can feel long but you can start shorter!) Building the habit is the hard part i think... once you start getting used to moving everyday you switch out the stretches for soft workouts or build up to whatever goal you have. A full workout felt soooo daunting when i felt bad but i found out you always come out feeling a bit better when you take the time to move. :) I wish you the best ❤
hey you might not have even ment to but thank you for showing your heart rate after working out it helps people like me who are scared that their heart is gonna beat too fast so they avoid any sort of activity, this helps renforce the idea that our hearts are strong and can handle beating fast

I’m curious, how did you find a group of people to do sports with? Is it like a club or something? Sometimes I wanna do a sport for fun but I’m no where near professional
yes! sports clubs and you don’t need to be good at all! honestly just search for example like “soccer club around me” and they’ll have tons of programs, also it helps to have friends to come join too!
I've recently started doing yoga and some exercises for strenght and it's great but probably the most challenging part is having DOMS for several days after each session 😂

I want to work out so bad but I have depression so it's really hard to start or to keep going and not stop after one exercise😭
