THANK YOU for emphasizing the importance of sleep & going to bed early if you want to wake up early! So many of these early morning routine videos skip right over that, so many people are probably still going to bed at 11 and trying to wake up at 4,5,6 am like their favorite influencer & then getting burnt out after a week…
Your 5 am morning routine is sooo relax 😌 Mine is a sprint ! I start my work at the hospital at 7h15 am , so I wake up at 5 am , wash my face with cold water , drink lemon water, get dressed to the gym ( luckily is in the same building where I stay ) . 40 to 45 min exercise. Shower, get dressed for work, preper my lunch box , 6h30 I'm in the car driving to work 🙃 and to make it works no snooze! Never 😅
Hahaha 😂 thank you. I was looking for this comment ❤ My 5am morning routine is also super rushed 😅 My gym is 10 min walking distance and during the winter is absolutely horrible to do the walk 😜🥲
I had to laugh when you confessed to becoming obsessed and bingeing other people's videos on UA-cam because thats where I'm at with yours! You're super inspirational and have such good vibes 💜
Love that you mentioned sleep- I go to bed at 8pm/8:15 to be in the gym by 4:20am latest. I will never skimp on sleep, or eating nutritious food throughout the day and making sure I enjoy it. I’ve learnt my lesson from going to the gym on and off. I go to the gym at the same time daily, and sleep at the same time daily. I used to feel guilty for having a routine, picking out my outfits the night before, planning and placing my breakfast items, vitamins in obvious places in my kitchen but I no longer do- people used to nag at me for being organised and consistent. Now it’s normal, and more people do it I feel bad for letting it get to me. Thank you for your videos.
I am about to get melodramatic. But Sophie, you have no idea how much you helped me get out of a dark spot the last few months. I have followed you for years but this last few months you have been like a light in the dark. I appreciate every upload and all the hard work. I was having a rough morning and to see an upload from you completely changed my attitude and I’m feeling less alone. Going to go to the gym now. Lately a few things help, some friends, my gym, and your videos! 🌸
Kudos to you. I wakeup at 430 am, 3-4 days a week for work, sleep in on my days off. Sure I could get up early, but my body needs the rest. Working 12 hr shifts, hard physical labor really takes it out on a person. There are days when I get up around 7ish, but sometimes that's even rough.
Definitely unrated advice 🙌🏻 I got up at 4 am for years to open at cafe, and then one day after about two years I just started over sleeping and shutting down. I had to switch to mid shift and sneak my way into closing. My managers hated me but my body chemistry had always been a creative night owl and not and early riser. I was able to force it for a while but then I had to give my body rest, and restart at the time it wanted.
wow poor you lol who even gets up before 10am?! you wake up earlier than the body/mind requires you just end up looking and feeling like a strained out teabag so why throw yourself to the meat grinder? doesn't make any sense.. :/
This week after having months of not feeling great mentally I got up and went to the gym for 6am three times and did a 35 minute workout. Home by 7am to get ready to travel into London to work. The mental shift has been huge. Saturday did it again. Went early and felt amazing. I have to have everything ready to go so I can literally roll out of bed into my workout gear. Have eaten well and the foggy cloud had lifted. ❤️ I love your videos and all the food you make. You feed yourself with goodness. Yum xxx
Loved hearing how makeup makes you feel in the gym. I always feel kinda weird wearing makeup to the gym but it helps me with confidence and to perform better so it was nice hearing you talk about it 😊
I've been having insomnia and I'm not falling asleep sometimes until 5am! which is crazy because I could literally be getting up for the day at that time. It makes me so nervous. But I'm trying to fix my schedule and I recently came across your videos. It gives me inspiration.. thank you :)
I’ve been doing the same. The best thing you can do is try to have a good morning routine regardless of how late you’re waking up. Like do three things to feel ready for the day. Slowly you might start to reset. I’m not even going to suggest a good bedtime routine, we insomniacs already know bedtime is hell. You take care of yourself in the morning and get enough nutrients and b12 during the day and your sleep will start to even out again.
Totally agree with you to move your body and follow what your body feels like doing and you will feel AWAKE and mood boosted! More videos please! Sending love 🧘🏼♀️❤️❤️

I go to bed at ten and wake up at whatever time very happy usually between five to seven I used to go to bed at nine and not want to get up till nine the next morning but the rest was very helpful thank you ❤
Hi!!!!!!! Thank you so much for this video! I have scheduled to start waking up at 5am every morning starting next Monday morning. This month I am focusing on trying new things that will improve my body and soul - things that scare me but I know are important to being more productive and starting my day in a positive way. NEW SUB! Thank you again and I hope you have a lovely week! ❤❤
I really want my goal/dream body. Every time I watch you, I get so inspired and wish I could get my body as toned as yours is. I just am so overwhelmed by where to start. My diet and workouts would need major revisions and it seems so overwhelming and daunting. I don’t know where to start or which direction to go to cater to my body….I just know it’s something that I really want to achieve and know I can do it and see my body change. ❤️Any suggestions or recommendations?
Hi Keri! I’m obviously not Sophie but I have some recommendations bc I know the feeling of being overwhelmed and not knowing where to start but I’ve finally moved past that phase in my journey. These are my suggestions, take them at your disposal. Firstly, don’t beat yourself up for not knowing the things you don’t know and also forgive that the process will take time. The fastest way to get somewhere is slowly. If you’re not already, start upping your protein (1 gram per lb body weight) and just monitor the foods you eat and what makes you feel good and what doesn’t. Notice the amount of calories you consume (you can track or just add it up in your head) but I realized that even tho I was eating enough protein I was in a huge deficit so it was hard for me to get the muscle that I want for that toned look until I started tracking both protein AND calories. Eat good. Cut sugar. Eat with balance. Enjoy the things you enjoy. Changing your nutrition should be a slow process bc it will eventually become the way you eat for good. Simply finding foods you like and being aware of how foods make you feel is a huge source of knowledge for what’s sustainable as fuel for the future. Maybe even see if you have any food sensitivities (bloodwork can help with this). I would also do some posture improving exercises when you’re able to (morning is best)- just so you can get your frame sitting and standing right and practice moving with grace, balance, and agility. Ballet, Pilates, yoga can all help. Do some isometric stuff (planks and wall sits are just 2 of the MANY movements you can do that will help you activate a large amount of muscle fibers and will help you gain rapid strength and control over your body. Do unilateral movements unweighted at first just to figure out where you’re weak and where you’re strong (is right leg stronger then left, which arm, etc.), and also get your mobility right so that your joints are healthy and mobile and able to eventually begin taking weight. Lifting can be done simultaneously with posture and mobility exercises but you can also just spend a few weeks really honing in on understanding how your body works and moves. Learning where you are weak or strong or inflexible can be so invaluable and can show you what you need to work on and what imbalances you have. Once you figure out how to train these areas to become stronger and more efficient, so many doors in the fitness world can be accessed by you for you to sculpt your physique to be exactly what you want and need it to be. Full body exercises 3 days a week are great as a beginner if that’s what you are. I would recommend checking out mind pump, Andrew huberman, and Andy galpin as free resources on UA-cam to give you more information so that you have more guidance. I hope this helped.
@@kerigirl711 yes sorry! Whole message now available! Please let me know if it helped you and if you have any questions I would be more than happy to point you where I got all this information. Best of luck!
@@JasmeenNKaur-yd5vo love this! Thank you. It does really help and you made some points I hadn’t considered before. How did you cut out sugar? That’s a big struggle. I don’t want to be too restrictive, but also want results. Counting macros in the past hasn’t been the healthiest for me. I want to be In a deficit to lose some weight initially and then work Towards building muscle and toning!
@@JasmeenNKaur-yd5vo I think diet and nutrition will be the hardest for me. I can go to the gym 4-5x a week if I have a plan, but the diet has to be a good, healthy, Consistent lifestyle.

I’m want to try and get up at 5am to see how life changing it is. I would also have time to the gym, have breakfast (since I struggle to have 3 meals a day) and then go to college. But mostly to fix my sleeping schedule and get enough sleep.
Wish me luck🥹
Lol I'm the same way about watching UA-cam. I get a little obsessive with a creator and I'll just keep their vloggs playing in the background while I clean or get ready
Hahaha glad I’m not the only one😂❤️
thankx girl! yr smile is contagious
sShin splints from running are caused by shoes that are not ment for running. It’s really important to have right shoes for running!

Wow, you’re motivated, wish I was.
It's hard be motivated it's more like discipline
Can you do a video on journaling? I’m interested in starting as well. Love the video btw. Glad your back to more frequently uploads :)
@@LisePlansandJournals yes but I would to see how gainsbybrains does it genius. Just how I’m interested in her takes on working out and health.. genius *eyeroll*
@@a.w.9517 I thought you wanted a general video on journaling, most people just journal about their personal lives obviously, her 'takes on working out' are her *videos* . Are you paid for the incessant bullying of people on their channel? If not you're just a faceless sad bully. Thanks for the extra views and engagement boost on my content though, so sweet. Get over yourself; I was trying to help you jeez.
@@LisePlansandJournals what happened to your original comment? Why delete it? Oh because you are trying to play victim now and pretend that your intentions were to just help. Plz. You had the a complete sassy attitude with your original comment which you now deleted. And yea I don’t mind giving you views. Consider it an act of charity for the less fortunate
Omg, your voice is so calm and pleasant ❣️♥️🤗😍

First time following as I watched 2 other UA-cam videos but theirs were mainly to do with talking and talking your videos were based on both I felt like I was right there with you and the healthy meals look ravishing delicious 🤤
Me struggling to wake up at 7 am: 😳 but you’re always positive and inspiring 🤍
Right?! 😂😭
I've been struggling with my 5 am morning routine because of the night before routine and staying consistent with a bed time, I was wondering at what time do you go to bed?
Loved this videoooo ❤
i’d say try to shoot for 8 hours of sleep and then be in bed 1 hour before you should be asleep so that there’s no rush to just immediately sleep when in bed
