Sir say the diet pln alsoo
In leg raising usually inhaling is done while raising the leg and exhaling on lowering the leg. But here's it is done the opposite way. Am I correct ?

Avoid fried,oily,junk food and no sugar..don't skip meals..have early dinner before 8.. drink water 3 to 4 liters water/day
