This is wonderful. I guaranteed if anyone having flat stomach and no belly fat will definitely achieve it in 2 weeks. I was having fat in belly which took me around 22 days but after so much pain and discipline i have 6 pack abs. This was my journey Day -1 - too much pain in belly area Day -3 - lost belly fat more than 75% Day -7 - there were commendable changes Day -10 - finally upper 2 abs were visible Day -14 - 4 abs were visible on flexing Day - 17- 4 abs without flexing Day -22 - 6 abs with flexing After then i took 2 days break and now i do it 3 -4 times a week I have clear 6 abs in . 10 days in, I can see a difference no question. I intend to do this for 4-6 weeks. Then find a new one. I like this guy easy to follow. Regardless of what level your at.
This feels surprisingly effective compared to the other programs I've tried. It's nice that he explains what exactly each exercise is doing so I can figure out which parts I should add to what I've been doing.

Male, 30 years old, not very active except for sports climbing couple days in week, have an office job. Have been working on removing my beer belly, went from 87 kilos to 82kilos from calorie deficit and climbing regularly. I also added rolling wheel ab training thing with 30 reps before hollow hold. Day 1: Combined with rope skipping, a few push ups and a few pull ups. Did not do jumping climber as it was painful without shoes, and no fitting shoes for indoor use. Also didn't do hollow hold as I forgot it. Did 30 reps on rolling wheel ab training thing. Day 2: Combined with sport climbing and 30 reps on wheel ab training thing. Day 3: Combined with sport climbing. Really didn't feel like doing it today but I pushed through. Day 4: Again didn't want to do complete it but did, already seeing results on upper abdomen. Day 5: Combined with sports climbing and bouldering. Day 6: Went to work in a different city, worked out late, hotel has a fitness room. Combined with 2km jog/walk partially inclined and 1km row Day 7: still in hotel, Combined with 2 km jogging and 1 km row Day 8: Still at hotel, got a cold brewing but went on anyways, Combined with 2 k on treadmill 3k on bicycle Day 9: Came home from work trip, had a really sore throat and a massive headache, so unfortunately I skipped this day, but I will do a day extra. Day 10: Combined with sports climbing. Felt really rejuvenated after a day break, I can do all the exercises now without break, except alternate-V's and jumping climber. Day 11: The workouts are going by faster and faster due to less breaks, I can definitely see difference in the mirror. I also feel that my core is much stronger. Day 12 Combined with sports climbing and bouldering Day 13 Workout went by super fast, they feel "easier" each time I do it Day 14 Combined with sport climbing Day 15 Only thing I now need breaks for is Alternate V-s Day 16 Didn't do workout, but did sports climbing Day 17: Last day of "challenge". Combined with sports climbing. I can definitely see difference in abdominal muscles. I have lost 7 kilos from the start of November due to low calorie intake but not to the point where I have been starving myself. I have to admit I did not do alot of mountain climbers, because I live in an apartment with people both under me and next to me, and got noise complaints as I usually do the workout late in the evening. I will keep doing the exercises, but not every day. I will start combining it with other stuff, so I can reach my goal of visible abs by the end of February. Thank you for this challenge, it has really inspired me and will keep me going.
I saved your videos to train my body and get in shape. When I watch them, it seems easy, but when you try it, you will see if it is really easy! This is an excellent exercise! I'm 18 years old, 5'8 in height, and 62.5kg.

Close to week 4 of this core workout! Haven’t missed a day. I do it each morning fasted. Def one of the best core workouts I’ve ever done. My core is rock hard now. I won’t say it necessarily gives you visible abs since those are made in the kitchen, but you can feel how strong your core is after week 1 and it just keeps getting stronger. The workout also doesn’t get any easier if you’re focusing on form and always contracting your core.

@@AlphaPhonks I’m pretty lean so it doesn’t take much for my abs to be visible. They are much stronger after this though. I was mainly saying the workout alone won’t give you visible abs. It will make your core stronger though. Having visible abs is all about your nutrition plan. I also workout 3 times a week in general. As far as nutrition eat a lot of whole foods but don’t compromise seasoning. Stay away from unhealthy snacks, soda, juice. Lots of veggies and fruits. Have about 28 grams of almonds daily too.

I've been doing this for six days i cannot see any difference but i can feel my core strength has increased .i was not able to do 15 seconds of hollow hold but now i am doing 45 seconds hollow hold. Thank you kinor sir. ❤️

Pls if you really want abs and if you are really determined about it then follow my these steps. 1. Never do this in morning pls never do this high intensity abs workout in morning until you and your muscles are in relaxed mode as in morning mostly they're in contract mode so avoid it. 2 you're surely not going to see you're abs in just 14 days this is just for publicity but............ But these are really effective. .......... I did this for 20 days I already have a visible 4 packs when I flex with a tiny but of pump after these 20 I can say my 4 packs are visible without a pump or barely any flex but my 6 packs can be seen with a bit pump and flexing

Been doing these workouts daily and on my 18th day and finally managed to finish all the workouts without stopping. Even though I haven't got a flat tummy, I abs are lot stronger as others mentioned and managed to touch my toes throughout the 9th workout which i never thought I would. Thank you.
Ab workouts are never the waste but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine from Nextlevel diet, but I believe there are many more great options (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and macros). I lost 11lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started 💪😀

Im a Private Security officer primarily working in AP (loss prevention) i am physically fit, but its always been hard to get a six pack an is one of my goals, single divorced dad of 2 boys, so im busy and lazy when it comes to fitness workouts lol so i will be giving this one a try and will update in a month or 2. One thing which was incorrect is that this not beginner's 2 week workout to get abs.... Mostly people with intermediate level workouts may get those abs with this workout... Beginner's please know.... This may get you abs but first of you have to make your body endurable for workout... Once you have made a normal workout as your routine then try this abs exercises... Also go slow... Forget this in 2 week... But you will get there eventually... What important is that you get use to workout.
I really REALLY enjoy this ab workout. I'm in hotels often and this is perfect, although I do it at home too. I've noticed I'm able to hold the Hollow Hold the whole way now...in the beginning, not so much! Great, quick workout with nice results!
Done it 6 times I feel like my upper abs are more visible now (upper 2 were already visible even before I started doing this) but i m pretty sure they are harder now. Day 7 done😝Y Day 8 done:p Day 9 done I think the gaps between the upper and middle abs are starting to form Day 10 done, it feels hard Day 11 done, it aint getting easier, and lower back hurts a bit Day 12 done, this will definitely not give a visible 6 pack in 2 weeks, but definitely makes ur core stronger(this workout got a lot easier, and im skipping like 60% of the rests, and I can feel my abs is harder), for 6 pack you also need a good diet and maybe like 2 months Day 13 done Day 14 done Challenge done You won't see a 6 pack in 14 days, but if you are taking in enough protein and you workout constintently then results will come! My progress development (I will come back and edit every day) : Day 1: Was able to do all except flutter kicks, which I had to take 2 breaks in between Day 2: Same as day 1, except I only had to take one break during flutter kicks. So far so good! :D Day 3: Didn't have to take breaks today except for between some sets! Starting to feel like my core endurance is getting stronger! Can't wait to see results. :D Day 4: It's going great! I am on a good path right now! Did all exercises successfully and I am ready for the next 10 days!
I feel so bad now I have been too caught up with schoolwork and I have been too tired to even do this! I’m gonna restart the challenge and try to stick with it this time!

I started yesterday will give update from now on everyday: 1st day : i pyshed myself to limits and kept the exact pace as the trainer. But I failed to do the alternate v situps and replaced them with normal situps . 2nd day:just completed the exercise , feeling exhausted. Same problem today . I tried my best to do that alternate v's but after doing for 10 secs I couldn't do anymore . I seitched to the normal situps, to my exclamation it was extremely hard to pull the upper body up 🤕 but pushed my self very hard. Finally did. Got a bit tired while doing the feet off crunches and mountain climber exercise . I have the spirit . Definitely will have six packs 2 weeks later . Day 3:just completed the exercises. The v situps and flutter kicks and the feet off crunches were intense. I pushed my self harder than before. I did the v's for 20 secs approx and then the rest 25 second I did normal situps . As I was exhausted . During the feet off crunches I took a 2 sec break. I had no energy during that time . But i am always confident and motivated as I already have the upper reo abs visible( not for this work out ) but believe me the exercises eorks properly i can feel my abdominals getting burned day by day. I am confident that I can have six pack abs 🙂 and I am also getting in shape 💪 Day 4 : very sorry for my discontinuity . I missed the exercise yesterday for my tutions . But never missing again. Day 5:did the exercise . Everything seemed easier than before . Just the v situps were hard for me. Did that for 20 secs by pushing my self to limits of my body. Took a 5 sec rest then i went for the rest 25 secs with normal situps . The two packs which i already have even before starting the exercise are getting toned . Not getting a large improvement day by day but it's gradually shaping my core and tonninh the two packs. I am sure I can achieve my goal. Qe will meet tomorroq . By for now guys. Gotta do the bicepa and triceps now . And my neck is a bit sore today . Also did 4 sets of 12 reps of dumbell curls ( 2 for each hand) 5 pullups , 5 chinups and 15 inclined and 10 declined pushups . Feelling totally exhausted 😴.but my shoulders are popping out so fast . And both my biceps and triceps feel stronger 💪. Day 5 ( bcs I missed a day before ) :was about to miss today also but just as I told I wont miss again. Its 11 pm now . Did it now. Not gonna bother anything . I will stay in the same pace . I am sweating like crazy . But I can see clear improvements. I can ready fell the exact curve of the upcoming four abs or maybe six who knows. Lets see what results I get after the whole session . Day 6:completed today . Almost at the halfway of the challenge . Feeling happy about that I am getting closer to my goals day by day. My core is getting stronger. My chest is also getting tight . The fat of my lower abdomen is getting burnt . I can see changes in that part. I felt extremely tired while doing the alternate v situps. Although tried my best. Rest part was a little bit easy. Writing everyday for the next 14 days: I am 14 turning 15 soon and weigh around 120lbs. I would like to state that I have low body fat and no visible abs. Day 1: I was unable to do a single exercise without stopping but it felt good. No changes Day 2: no changes I can really feel the tightness. I also am going to start doing cobra stretches at the end of this exercise. Day 3: it was a bit challenging today as I was sore but other than that today I have no visible progress Day 4: I definitely recommend stretching after. my abs are super tight. And idk if it’s just me but I think I see some slight changes to my core Day 5: I can see it starting to shape and it feels good Day six: feeling good not much different
Guys, please don't push yourself too hard on these exercises. This is my first time to do this and while I type this I'm still in trauma and scared. I thought I was gonna die. I was gasping for air when I finished Jumping Climbers, I can't feel anything but the pain inside my chest and also the feeling that I was gonna deficate any time, and I know when I do I'm gonna end up dead. My body was so exhausted and I would black out and collapse. I was so sacred. I was praying. I am saying this because just like any of you I want to achieve the abs, but please don't harm yourself by pushing too hard. Take only what you can. If you can't finish the 45 seconds, make your own time span. I thought the more pain I make to myself, the better and faster the result. That is wrong guys, take it easy. I am not an expert I just want to save someone from experiencing this. This is based on my experience. And while I type this my hands abd thighs are still numb and my body is shaking, but thankfully I can breathe now. Please take care of yourself. And content creators please advice also your viewers about safety precautions before releasing these videos. Male, 30 years old, not very active except for sports climbing couple days in week, have an office job. Have been working on removing my beer belly, went from 87 kilos to 82kilos from calorie deficit and climbing regularly. I also added rolling wheel ab training thing with 30 reps before hollow hold.
Day 1: Combined with rope skipping, a few push ups and a few pull ups. Did not do jumping climber as it was painful without shoes, and no fitting shoes for indoor use. Also didn't do hollow hold as I forgot it. Did 30 reps on rolling wheel ab training thing.
Day 2: Combined with sport climbing and 30 reps on wheel ab training thing.
Day 3: Combined with sport climbing. Really didn't feel like doing it today but I pushed through.
Day 4: Again didn't want to do complete it but did, already seeing results on upper abdomen.
Day 5: Combined with sports climbing and bouldering.
Day 6: Went to work in a different city, worked out late, hotel has a fitness room. Combined with 2km jog/walk partially inclined and 1km row
Day 7: still in hotel, Combined with 2 km jogging and 1 km row
Day 8: Still at hotel, got a cold brewing but went on anyways, Combined with 2 k on treadmill 3k on bicycle
Day 9: Came home from work trip, had a really sore throat and a massive headache, so unfortunately I skipped this day, but I will do a day extra.
Day 10: Combined with sports climbing. Felt really rejuvenated after a day break, I can do all the exercises now without break, except alternate-V's and jumping climber.
Day 11: The workouts are going by faster and faster due to less breaks, I can definitely see difference in the mirror. I also feel that my core is much stronger.
Day 12 Combined with sports climbing and bouldering
Day 13 Workout went by super fast, they feel "easier" each time I do it
Day 14 Combined with sport climbing
Day 15 Only thing I now need breaks for is Alternate V-s
Day 16 Didn't do workout, but did sports climbing
Day 17: Last day of "challenge". Combined with sports climbing.
I can definitely see difference in abdominal muscles. I have lost 7 kilos from the start of November due to low calorie intake but not to the point where I have been starving myself. I have to admit I did not do alot of mountain climbers, because I live in an apartment with people both under me and next to me, and got noise complaints as I usually do the workout late in the evening. I will keep doing the exercises, but not every day. I will start combining it with other stuff, so I can reach my goal of visible abs by the end of February. Thank you for this challenge, it has really inspired me and will keep me going.

Close to week 4 of this core workout! Haven’t missed a day. I do it each morning fasted. Def one of the best core workouts I’ve ever done. My core is rock hard now. I won’t say it necessarily gives you visible abs since those are made in the kitchen, but you can feel how strong your core is after week 1 and it just keeps getting stronger. The workout also doesn’t get any easier if you’re focusing on form and always contracting your core.

@@AlphaPhonks I’m pretty lean so it doesn’t take much for my abs to be visible. They are much stronger after this though. I was mainly saying the workout alone won’t give you visible abs. It will make your core stronger though. Having visible abs is all about your nutrition plan. I also workout 3 times a week in general.
As far as nutrition eat a lot of whole foods but don’t compromise seasoning. Stay away from unhealthy snacks, soda, juice. Lots of veggies and fruits. Have about 28 grams of almonds daily too.

Pls if you really want abs and if you are really determined about it then follow my these steps.
1. Never do this in morning pls never do this high intensity abs workout in morning until you and your muscles are in relaxed mode as in morning mostly they're in contract mode so avoid it.
2 you're surely not going to see you're abs in just 14 days this is just for publicity but............ But these are really effective. .......... Perform it like this
............follow these workout for 10 to 12 weeks as any other program you follow to achieve your goal and perform it 3 times with 45 sec rest in between and 2 min rest after completion then repeat
3 combine it with your chest day only because these requires less energy that's why and check your diet time to time.
4 and finally don't loose hope at least till 11 weeks pls you're going to see insane results

Ab workouts are never the waste but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine from Nextlevel diet, but I believe there are many more great options (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and macros). I lost 11lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started 💪😀

One thing which was incorrect is that this not beginner's 2 week workout to get abs.... Mostly people with intermediate level workouts may get those abs with this workout... Beginner's please know.... This may get you abs but first of you have to make your body endurable for workout... Once you have made a normal workout as your routine then try this abs exercises... Also go slow... Forget this in 2 week... But you will get there eventually... What important is that you get use to workout.

I really REALLY enjoy this ab workout. I'm in hotels often and this is perfect, although I do it at home too. I've noticed I'm able to hold the Hollow Hold the whole way now...in the beginning, not so much! Great, quick workout with nice results!

Day 2: Same as day 1, except I only had to take one break during flutter kicks. So far so good! :D

I started yesterday will give update from now on everyday:
1st day : i pyshed myself to limits and kept the exact pace as the trainer. But I failed to do the alternate v situps and replaced them with normal situps .
2nd day:just completed the exercise , feeling exhausted. Same problem today . I tried my best to do that alternate v's but after doing for 10 secs I couldn't do anymore . I seitched to the normal situps, to my exclamation it was extremely hard to pull the upper body up 🤕 but pushed my self very hard. Finally did. Got a bit tired while doing the feet off crunches and mountain climber exercise . I have the spirit . Definitely will have six packs 2 weeks later .
Day 3:just completed the exercises. The v situps and flutter kicks and the feet off crunches were intense. I pushed my self harder than before. I did the v's for 20 secs approx and then the rest 25 second I did normal situps . As I was exhausted . During the feet off crunches I took a 2 sec break. I had no energy during that time . But i am always confident and motivated as I already have the upper reo abs visible( not for this work out ) but believe me the exercises eorks properly i can feel my abdominals getting burned day by day. I am confident that I can have six pack abs 🙂 and I am also getting in shape 💪
Day 4 : very sorry for my discontinuity . I missed the exercise yesterday for my tutions . But never missing again.
Day 5:did the exercise . Everything seemed easier than before . Just the v situps were hard for me. Did that for 20 secs by pushing my self to limits of my body. Took a 5 sec rest then i went for the rest 25 secs with normal situps . The two packs which i already have even before starting the exercise are getting toned . Not getting a large improvement day by day but it's gradually shaping my core and tonninh the two packs. I am sure I can achieve my goal. Qe will meet tomorroq . By for now guys. Gotta do the bicepa and triceps now . And my neck is a bit sore today . Also did 4 sets of 12 reps of dumbell curls ( 2 for each hand) 5 pullups , 5 chinups and 15 inclined and 10 declined pushups . Feelling totally exhausted 😴.but my shoulders are popping out so fast . And both my biceps and triceps feel stronger 💪.
Day 5 ( bcs I missed a day before ) :was about to miss today also but just as I told I wont miss again. Its 11 pm now . Did it now. Not gonna bother anything . I will stay in the same pace . I am sweating like crazy . But I can see clear improvements. I can ready fell the exact curve of the upcoming four abs or maybe six who knows. Lets see what results I get after the whole session .
Day 6:completed today . Almost at the halfway of the challenge . Feeling happy about that I am getting closer to my goals day by day. My core is getting stronger. My chest is also getting tight . The fat of my lower abdomen is getting burnt . I can see changes in that part. I felt extremely tired while doing the alternate v situps. Although tried my best. Rest part was a little bit easy. But I am sure I will have the 4 packs in just a few days . Maybe 2 or 3.
Let's see.
Day 7: completed today. Feeling extremely well. Not even a bit tired. Exercises seemed very easy to me 😃. Abs are getting tighter . Bodyfat is being lless and less. Am halfway from my goals. 7 more days to go 😊. Don't know if I can get sixpack in those 7 days but am sure gonna get a 4 pack . 😁 and now am happy about my hardwork. Didn't take even a little bit of rest today . Did in the same pace as trainer ✌. Abdominal fat is getting very low now. Still some of the fat is left. Which I am going to burn soon. Day 8: just completed . Feelling a bit tired don't knkw why. Today felt a little harder than yesterday . Maybe because i tried to increase the pace . But telling the reality. You really feel stronger at your core after doing these . I can't say that who ever does this will get six pqcks but still you can easily get 2 or 4 if you keep trying harder. You can do extra abs crunches too like russian twists or bicycle crunches . But try to maintain the proper form of these exercises. At first master the exercises of the video. When you feel it's easy enough for you you can add more . Bye guys see ya tomorrow
Day 9: completed today . Still didn't get clear 4 abs but still trying hard to get that god damn six pack . Nothing felt hard today. The alternate v situps got me tired . Did that in two parts . Rest part was very easy . Nothing special to tell today . So only this for now . Lets see how far I cango about abs. By guys 👋.
Day 10:just completed the exercises. Feeling great as it seemed very easy to me . The bad thing is that I still didn't get the 4 packs 😔 . I am trying very hard but still not getting the proper abs . But no doubt my two pack got shredded than before. That is looking nice tho. I think it's because I am not on diet. Can you guys suggest me some exercise or diet plans to get the six pack abs. Pls help me guys . And pls tell me if I do the diet to get the abs Will my height not increase any more?? Cause I am 15 years old and have a height of 5 ft 7 inch . But I still want two or three inches more.??
Day 11: completed but not feeling good because there is no more visual progress. What should I do . For how many days I should do this ? Or should I try any other challenge. Pls suggest me something that's really can get me abs.🙏

Writing everyday for the next 14 days:
I am 14 turning 15 soon and weigh around 120lbs. I would like to state that I have low body fat and no visible abs.
Day 1: I was unable to do a single exercise without stopping but it felt good. No changes
Day 2: no changes I can really feel the tightness. I also am going to start doing cobra stretches at the end of this exercise.
Day 3: it was a bit challenging today as I was sore but other than that today I have no visible progress
Day 4: I definitely recommend stretching after. my abs are super tight. And idk if it’s just me but I think I see some slight changes to my core
Day 5: I can see it starting to shape and it feels good

Guys, please don't push yourself too hard on these exercises. This is my first time to do this and while I type this I'm still in trauma and scared. I thought I was gonna die. I was gasping for air when I finished Jumping Climbers, I can't feel anything but the pain inside my chest and also the feeling that I was gonna deficate any time, and I know when I do I'm gonna end up dead. My body was so exhausted and I would black out and collapse. I was so sacred. I was praying. I am saying this because just like any of you I want to achieve the abs, but please don't harm yourself by pushing too hard. Take only what you can. If you can't finish the 45 seconds, make your own time span. I thought the more pain I make to myself, the better and faster the result. That is wrong guys, take it easy. I am not an expert I just want to save someone from experiencing this. This is based on my experience. And while I type this my hands abd thighs are still numb and my body is shaking, but thankfully I can breathe now. Please take care of yourself. And content creators please advice also your viewers about safety precautions before releasing these videos. We appreciate your effort in helping us look good and feel good about ourselves, but please do consider our health abilities. God bless, everyone.
