My old money beard oil came in a few days ago and I’m so impressed with everything about it. From the presentation, to the product itself. To start off the beard oil scent is amazing. And the oil I have had in the past doesn’t last all day. This oil stays in my beard and keeps it hydrated all day long. I'm glad most places are more open to having a beard here in Canada. As long as you keep it well groomed you're good.
Same for new zealand as long as it's not defence forces. Even our police force are allowed beards you just can be growing it durning the "scruffy phase" unless your on leave

I changed up my style about 10 videos ago to be a little more energetic and carefree. After creating hundreds of videos, it's fun to change things up. Looking at the data, fans seem to enjoy it more. The average view duration went from 3:42 to 3:57 and average views per video went from 14k to 23k.
Anyways, it's fun to make videos this way and I like being a little more outgoing and silly. It's more in-line with my true personality.

I like the videos! I love men with beard. They look more charming, sexy & masculine. Actually most women like men with beard. Facial hair on men makes them look very masculine and women feels more excited with men with beard 🧔. I think all men should have beard. In the past Kings and civil war soldiers all had beard. I like the videos. He is cool and teaches men to take care of their beard
My Girlfriend says I look much better with a beard because it covers my face. Got to love her

Hey Eric! Love the content! I have just one suggestion, you may want to tone down on the goofiness a little. It is great for a few moments or a whole video every now and then, but it seems like the last few of your videos have this comedic tone to it. I liked the tone of your older videos (the ones that started with “what’s goin on internet, it is your boy Eric Bandholz back with another amazing video”). But keep up the great work and I love your products!
Its not the goofiness thats the problem. Its the fact that he comes off forced like a damn crackhead. Being prude and up the ass is just as boring but I do gotta admit he needs to more laid back as in his older vids. They were more genuine seeing hes an introvert, trying to force extrovertedness just makes him look like hes on something.

a lot of food service jobs still don't allow beards unfortunately. and in the business world, i still get a lot of old guard that see it as "unprofessional" at least when interviewing. especially if the hiring is done by an HR department that is looking at image rather than skills. i'm not saying it's right. and I'm thankful for channel's like yours that push back against the false narrative.
True mate...in field of pharmaceutical also...I work as microbilogist they forcefully say me to shave beard...rather than looking at my skills...my performance...it's a very pathetic people judge u by your natural facial hairs...
I had a two month almost all white beard. Shaved it Saturday. Growing it back soon

You may find it awkward, but I'm having fun. I've got hundreds of videos, so if you prefer a more laid back style I'm sure there's some content you haven't seen yet (but what you may find is that in my older videos I also have moments of similar delivery style).
