I have to geek out a little, you were in front of me and my husband and daughter in the senior night walk last night! I knew you looked familiar 😂 I was going to compliment your wife's bag! As soon as they said your name I blurted out "oh my god"!!! Anyway I had been in awesome shape a few years ago and did your workouts 3 times a week along with weight training. I went through breast cancer 2 years ago, chemo, surgery, radiation. Now I'm desperate to get back in shape for health reasons. Also having trouble finding time as I am caring for my 90 year old father who is now bedbound after covid, so not a great few years! Anyway I am commited to finding at least 30 minutes a day even if it's at my desk after everyone leaves, so I'm so glad I found you again and I can definitely do this! Thank you for giving us these workouts!! And I may geek out on ya next time I see you😁😁😁

Day one i got to the agility steps and was tired already lord I got a long way to go 😩 I like it tho
Just remember to take it at your own pace. Believe or not, when I got started I STRUGGLED to do 10 minutes per day on the elliptical, but I worked my way up to 20 minutes in 30 days, then 30 minutes a month after that. This led to me getting into fitness, but I took things at my own pace, PUSHED from there, and give myself enough time and consistency to make the magic happen. You got this Keturah and you just took the most important steps in your fitness journey - the first ones. CONGRATS 👊❤️

I just completed this workout. Considering that this was a walking workout, i felt like it was too fast. There were too many moves combined in one whereas it could have been kept simple. The transition time from one exercise to the other was too fast. Through out the workout i was confused . Next time please keep the workout simple. 🙏🏻

Don't count yourself out. You can always go at your own pace and work up your speed over time. This is exactly how I started - doing 10 minutes on an elliptical per day, then working up Toe 20 and then 30 minutes over several months.
