Was looking for a challenging walking workouts. This is it and more. I did the hour running cardio yesterday and I loved it. The 30 mins cardio running workout nearly killed me but somehow I managed to finish the hour one. I appreciate these workouts so much. Keep up the great work.
Let me first say I am highly impressed with your video catalog. You should definitely have more subscribers. My only issue is the talking format. I find listening to my own music and watching the workout without as much talking far more motivating. I appreciate you put the timers,labels,and modifications otherwise I may not have stopped on your workouts and then subscribed. As a retired IFBB bodybuilder and PT getting back in shape after 2 children back to back (3 total) your workouts are fully legit and some of the best online hands down. You should and can be on top just tweak that format and I will preach you from the mountain tops. Tell those whiners that need to be encouraged the entire time don't talk about it be about it! Again you are fully legit you don't even need to speak 💯💪🏾.

Some prefer music in workout videos, but I recently did a poll asking if I should do music or talking and it was about 60/40 talk to music, as people enjoy adding their own music. Truthfully, creating these videos wouldn't be enjoyable for me without the connection I feel that comes from communicating - this might mean fewer subscribers/views, but I'm more of a "less is more" kind of guy anyhow. I decided just try this today after another walking workouts and also walking a lot outside and also watching a lot of your videos and trying different parts of them. I am 61 years old with some health issues but was determined to do it. I did a lot of it of course not as fast as you did and without some of it. Already had some steps today because of normal life and workoutI so I have right now 11060 steps after doing yours at the speed I did and then doing another short one from Brand Fitness that was 3000 set to rock music proud of myself for not even 11 a.m.

I took all of 16,100 steps, but was little bit surprised when 1000 passed me by. my watch showed 678 kcal. my prev workout was about 5000 steps, so big improvement for me 👊👊👊. thanks !!!!

Yes! I LOVED THIS. I used my Google phone to count my steps. It turned out to be 8k+ after an hour of stepping, it reset for whatever reason. Not always the most accurate, but I definitely got a sweat and felt some burn. I also used some hand weights for the pushes and jabs along with a band around the legs for the side to side and stepping. Added bonus. Thanks as always Mil!!
Today was my rest day, i wanted to go for a long walk early in the morning, but it was still dark and my hubby asked me not to go. So i did this one instead. Oh my. It was much better than a walk. Loved it. I had a weighted vest on, so the "struggle" was real 😊. I saved this wo for the dark autumn and winter mornings. Thank you Maestro
This was an amazing workout.. very challenging and I did it from start to finish.. only thing that was off was the step counter.. the whole workout was 8000 steps which is 4 miles.. that’s amazing and his content is high intensity which helps burn more calories throughout the day..very well done

Hi, I have tried so many other workouts of 10K steps with different people. I must say this is the toughest one. I could not do as much as you did but I followed the max. I did out door with lots of space to use. I want to lose about 5 kgs, how often do you think I can do this workout? Can it be done daily or 3x in a week? So I just found you channel and must admit I def underestimated this workout. Due to back, and knee issues I have been doing quite a bit of indoor walking workouts and this topped them all. I sweat crazy and got a total of 10,221 steps. This was amazing! Now I have to see if there are any that are in the 30-40 minute range! Thank you!!!

I did this in sections in order to get breakfast on the table for my family. I only got 8200 steps, but i got quite the calorie burn. I just needed something easy because the plyometric movements can be rough on the body
this was the most incredible workout, one of the best!!! The encouragement and workout itself was so enjoyable and helped me get through it all, plus I really broke a sweat 💪This is my new favourite - thank you so much I loved this 💞

Perfect workout for active rest days. I loved this. Great steady state cardio - my HR was consistently between 130 and 145 which is where I wanted it. My watch recorded 11k steps but it’s not reliable and I don’t care how many steps I did - I had great fun and earned my fist bump :) thanks so much as always for your amazing energy and enthusiasm - it makes such a difference!

Thanks. I generally set 10,000 steps as my daily step goal, but I tend to stay pretty active. Just gotta keep moving and stay hydrated.

This was perfect, I felt sore today and needed something that was light but not boring and only like 50 calories per hour.
I burn almost 200 calories in 45 minutes with Leslie’s walk at home I’m sure I’ll burn more with this.

I did this in sections in order to get breakfast on the table for my family. I only got 8200 steps, but i got quite the calorie burn. I just needed something easy because the plyometric movements can be rough on the body
This one flew by so fast, really enjoyed it. Burnt 548kcal, 8 100 steps

Perfect workout for active rest days. I loved this. Great steady state cardio - my HR was consistently between 130 and 145 which is where I wanted it. My watch recorded 11k steps but it’s not reliable and I don’t care how many steps I did - I had great fun and earned my fist bump :) thanks so much as always for your amazing energy and enthusiasm - it makes such a difference!
