    This workout fits me better, the music definitely made it more tolerable than the 45 minutes session. I felt like I’m running 5K again without knee pain, which caused my knee pain first place. Thank you so much! Can you make more fun workout?

      Thank you Andrea, I personally like workout with minimum talking, if there’s a pop up screen to show next exercise, will make it easier to follow for beginners. The music is good choice

    Loved this workout. The music was a nice touch. The only thing that I prefer is to have a bell or timer when you are toward the end (like 3 seconds or so) of the 45 second work period. I like to get into the move and don't like always watching the screen for the notice to change. This is only a personal preference... This was an awesome workout and I hit repeat on it!

    I love this workout! I've had the hardest time finding a low impact, cardio-only workout with no lunges but is still intense and long enough to be challenging. 😅 But this fits the bill perfectly, so thank you!

    Love Andrea's workouts! I've been searching for cardio that's easy on my back/knees, but still feel like I'm getting a good workout. I'm not sure why it's taken me so many years to find these. I put this video off because I don't usually like music-only workouts, but I LOVE this one! It goes by super fast. (My only complaint is that today the music during the third round was changed and was slow and kind of depressing, and the beeps were gone through the entire song. Not sure what happened there.)

    this was awesome... the music, countdown clock and variety of moves were very motivating. i got my heart rate up to 165 bpm which is great... i finished 18 minutes of this and then 5 minutes of yoga afterward, but i can definitely see myself working up to the full 40 minutes, which is a goal i have (of increasing length of workouts).
    I find it difficult to motivate myself to do cardio... i'm more likely to do weight lifting, crunches, or yoga and even when i dance it's kinda slow pace that doesn't really raise my heartrate. This was wonderful! I feel motivated to do this again and get my heartrate up more! yay!

      Thank you so much for the comment and sharing what works for you! I’m so glad you enjoyed the video. The music helps to motivate us and setting personal goals. Each time you do the work out try to add a few minutes and work up to the whole class. It is so good to have a variety of things you enjoy so you look forward to your workouts rather than dread the workouts. Sounds like you have a really good variety. Keep up the activity every day and your body will reap the endless rewards. Stay well and healthy!

    I really, really love this! it was fine with my knees until the third round, it started to hurt a bit, and it actually was suitable for my beginner strength level. I was able to breath hard and actually have fun at the same time. Looking forward to try more of your workouts. Thanks. Oh, and can you make workouts that's suitable for people with wrist cyst? it's hard to find a full workout that doesn't need wrist bending really.

    loveee this one! Suggestion if you haven't already done it, it'll be cool if you could add those timer/beep sound when it's the final 5 seconds of that movement before moving on to the next. Sometimes I'm too focused and not looking at the screen and didnt realize you already moved on the the next workout. Other than that, great video as usual!

      Thank you so much, awesome comment! All of the videos that I am speaking in there is a timer for the last five seconds. I have to figure out how to do this in my silent videos. I can only find a beep in my editing material. Thank you so much I will try to figure something out for the future.     Hi Andrea, I thank you so much for your work. My favorite is Knee Friendly Hiit but I’m going to try this one. I agree with another commenter, I really appreciate you talking us through the workout . You make me feel connected… the music is OK but you have a very particular and individual voice/message (“strength is wealth…”), when you talk. That is something that makes you unique in this field. I hope you will not go all music all the time😊.

    Hi..I finally tried another of your workouts. Like your exercises but sorry...didn't like the music. Missed changing exercises and found the beat distracting from the exercise tempo. But mostly missed your encouraging word and tips. Will try another workout. Thanks for all you do.😊

    Hi Andrea,
    Stumbled across your channel recently, just a couple of things (in my opinion, of course) to point out:
    1. The timer only rings during the start of each exercise. Because i dislike sweat running all over my glasses, I usually put them away during any workout. As such, I can't really see my phone screen. Just a suggestion to insert a ring at the end of each exercise so that I'd know when to stop and prepare myself for the next one xD as this applies also to some exercises that we are facing sideways.
    2. The music. Well, the music may not be for everyone but most wouldn't mind. But I'd rather hear your voice motivating the viewers or walking us through each exercise, just like your previous videos .
    The above is only in my opinion, hope you don't mind. Other than that, fully appreciate your time and effort in putting these videos out for all of us during this pandemic. Keep it up! :)
