Really enjoyed this episode! My wife and I sailed from Taha'a to Bora Bora on a charter in April 2022, and unbelievably dropped the hook in the exact same anchorage you did, snorkeled the same spots you did in the southeast corner of the lagoon and experienced the same feelings going through those shallow cuts. Very nice video. For me and my wife even more, as we've put our dinghy at the same spot as you did and had a picknick with friends. There are always fires on that motu by locals who collect copra. Only one advice, go to Maupiti

It really is a dream! And Aiden is 12 Judy.
Are you able to anchor there? On some other channels they talk about only being able to moor and having to pay more than normal for that.
The regulations changed two weeks before we arrived, and they weren't very clear what you could or could not do apart from that we couldn't stay there for more than 5 days.
