One of my favourite hacks with Costco Croissant: Hot oven crispy warm croissant. 1. immediately pack them in groups of 4 in freezer bags and freeze them. Note: keep them there until you need oven fresh croissant- any time. And when you do…. 2. Take out a cookie sheet and line with parchment paper (or not if you don’t have any. NP.). 3. Turn on the oven to 350 degrees F. 4. Put croissant on the cookie sheet directly from the freezer.5. Put cookie sheet in the oven immediately. 6. When the temperature comes up to 350 degrees, take the croissant out. They are crispy, really warm. Serve immediately. This is like having them fresh out of the oven. They are wonderful. = Look, I’ve made croissant from scratch to prove to myself that I could. But the fact is- Costco pastry chefs, well they are trained pastry chefs. And their product is GOOD.I always try to have these in our freezer in the winter months especially when hearty breakfast meals with loves ones is a wonderful thing on a potentially miserable day. Hope it works for you to. ❤
I make savory breakfasts with Costco croissants. Indian omelette sandwiches, ham and cheese, chicken salad sandwiches ( great for baby showers, etc). For a sweet one- I get the almond paste and layer the middle with this and bake or microwave and it is almond croissant which you can drizzle with chocolate if you want.
The smashed croissant reminds me of what we would do with old Danish rolls as a kid. My mom would cut the roll in half lengthwise and put the inside part together. She would butter the outside parts and fry them nice and crispy. It was soooo good. You had the fruit or cheesecake part in the middle that was warm and gooey with the outside being buttery and crispy.
I have tried the cookie croissant, I would like to try the other ones! By the way I just love your whole vibe, that accent & your voice is just fabulous!
@@The_Timinator I just do a few minutes at 350 or so and keep an eye on it. It does make it flaky but that’s how I like it because it’s like if you got it somewhere. Also ham egg and cheese, or sausage egg and cheese is good!
If you like cutting the sweet in chocolate chip cookie dough, also try folding in a few drops of toasted sesame oil to each scoop. Sounds weird, but is SO GOOD, especially with that salt on top. Less sweet and tastes so schmancy.
I can't believe you do not have a book deal yet you so deserve it and like as soon as you get one let me know let everybody know because you are awesome and I want to buy the first copy
An Australian baker on UA-cam is stuffing her croissants with Nutella than scoops cookie dough into the croissant before baking. 😲 Love the Internet! 😄
@@wildwindjerseyyea I agree. I try not to buy them but when I do, I share it with my family and friends and if I eat one, I eat it on an empty stomach with tea for breakfast or I eat half of one and save the other for later. Same thing with the palm cookies.
But who said it has to be made with that Store’s Croissants . Any Croissant will do. No matter were you buy them. I don’t eat croissants that I remember. I’m not going to make any of them.
I love allreecipes and have watched countless videos, but every one of these suggestions looked gross. I can’t imagine eating raw half cooked cookie dough inside a croissant and not think about how awful that is on one’s health. Just gross. I love your other videos, but this one, no thanks!

That's what I do but I use my air fryer instead of the oven 😊
Great comment. 💫

I love how literally none of these ideas are better than just eating the croissant by itself.
@@jon____4845 ...to you.
I'd rather just tear off a mouthful and put some Jam on it, then pop it in my mouth.
Amen ❤
The flat croissants are like those crispy palmier cookies
I love the Costco croissants! Ham, cheese with a little honey mustard and put it in the air fryer to warm up and it’s so good!!!
What temp and time do you use? don't they become dry and brittle after a day or 2?

If you want 'em to stay softer outside, just wrap 'em in foil. Also, I replace the regular ham with Prosciutto from Costco. 350° for 6-8 minutes.
Wow. Looks delicious. I’m going to try all 3 of these.

Because a croissant doesn’t have enough calories on its own..lol looks delicious!
I absolutely hate Nutella! I don’t get the obsession with it.
Looks interesting and yummy. What do you think about a play on cannoli croissants?
I like to make French toast with them and spread Nutella, and whipped cream on top.
Can't wait to try!!! 🥰
Oh yes, my mouth is watering!!
Oh My Gosh Woman, I LOVE your ideas here. I will be trying these.
I need to make all 3!

I cut it open and toast the inside. And then I put cream cheese, chocolate chips and berries
Oh my goodness….. looks so good 😊
I can't have these, (diabetic). However, I love to watch you. Man alive, these look soooooo
Good.
Wow, these look great. I can’t get croissants in my hometown so I’ll have to use pillsbury, they are much smaller but it’ll work. ❤
These all look wayyyy too sweet. My teeth hurt just watching this.
Make vanilla instant pudding, cute strawberrys, and cool whip. Make layers between the crassonte. You have a Strawberry short cake
The only way I could have this around for any time at all is because of my semiglutide! Could never resist.
Everybody’s so creative! 🤣😂🤣
Oh man I bet your kitchen smelled amazing....
Lord girl that looks ❤g o o d!
The second croissant reminds me of a Palmaire.
Tomorrow (if my salary comes in) is gonna be a cheat-day where I talk to nobody and just eat in my apartment,
So thank u. ❤
Thank you now want croissants i think the box from coles in Burnie Tasmania Australia as 8 in it
My sugar levels rose just watching this video!
Closest Costco is 1.5 hours away. Need to plan a trip!
I didn't realize you can make these croissants even less desirable than they already are
A definite sugar coma waiting to happen😂, i may try the flat version with mikes hot honey
My drive to get a Costco membership again has now tripled.

Omg was just thinking the same thing
Did you say baklava? You know what……..😎
My mouth certainly didn’t water with any of those recipes. They look horrible to me.
she fire
I’m sorry but they all look very unappetizing to me!
Sis, there is no hell way you are eating this as thin as you are
Can you show how to make pizza bombs?
Love all this except for Nutella...I don't know why, but I hate it...I've tried to eat it...but no! LOL
I thought that I was the only one. Nutella makes me gag😅
Oh my goodness it looks so delicious. That’s why a lot of American people get diabetic. 🤭

Yeah, no. No to all those. Gross.

Ugh. The raw cookie dough make me gag
I think there all unhealthy
So don’t eat them all
Yum
Their croissants are over cooked. Just tooo dry and browned too much.
You want Costco croissants for these recipes. Not our perfectly prepared ones. Maybe that last recipe 😅
Never cook with honey as per Ayurveda. Drizzle afterwards.
Nutella is very bad for you ( unhealthy as hell )
Not true
It’s gross how 200 cal croissant can turn into 500 just by adding horrible stuff and glorying it online .. foolishness
Nothing healthy.
This at least two ways to ruin croissant 🤦🏻♀️
