    The Chinese bakery next to my old job in Manhattan used to make these and they were delicious. I was obsessed with them every morning. These look exactly like them. Might try to make them one day. Just wish the instructions were in darker text.

    I tried today thanks! Forgot to wet the raisins first so they’re pretty dry after baking otherwise it’s so nice and easy !

    請問夏天不用控制溫度嗎?我看你使用溫牛奶,這樣麵團很容易超過28度吧?

      因為我在冷氣房加上用的雞蛋也是雪櫃拿出來立即用,所以可保持24-26度。如果你的工作地方是比較熱可用常溫/凍牛奶呀😊

      Hi I used around 90g of raisins. For the butter, please add around 20g. Thanks.

      Hi as I just sprinkled the sugar evenly to dough so I didn’t calculated it exactly.

      Yes you can always use stand mixer to knead the dough, but be aware that volume and temperature of liquid might need to adjust 😊
