Ingredients (Pan Size: 21.5cm x 9.5cm x 9.5cm)
80g golden raisin (raisins made from green grapes, general raisins are also available)
Water 60g, Instant Dry Yeast 5g
5g salt, 25g sugar, 50g milk
1 egg
250g strong flour
30 g butter
TIP
Water and milk temperature
Spring, Autumn, Winter: Microwave 20 seconds
Summer: Cool
Egg temperature
Spring, autumn, winter: room temperature
Summer: cold
Butter room temperature: 30 minutes or more
When using a stand mixer (depending on the stand mixer specifications)
1. Add all ingredients except butter.
2. Mix 2~3 minutes at low speed.
3. Mix 5-6 minutes at medium speed
4. Add butter.
5. Mix 5-6 minutes at medium speed
6. Add raisins and mix for 2-3 minutes at low speed.

Thanks, I'm going to try your recipe. I have planned on making a cinnamon raisin bread, so before it's cut into strips I'll lightly sprinkle cinnamon over the dough, then cut and twist. It tastes best when not too much cinnamon is used, also just sprinkled on and rolled or twisted, not mixed in the whole dough.
