I just made this recipe tonight. It needs more sugar, more custard cream in it and not so long time in the oven as it says in the recipe. otherwise really, really good recipe. will make again but with more sugar and more custard . thank you

Made this today just half the portion...followed the recipe exactly as given and it came out superb....my son didn't want custard filling so I replaced it with raspberry jam....still came out excellent...will definitely save this recipe for my use again....thank you for sharing this recipe out...God bless you!

I have watched this video many times and decided to make these, today. I used pecans and added more sugar to the custard and salt to the dough, as the comments suggested.

This amount of sugar (200 grammar total) is actually perfect for European taste. For American taste multiply the sugar amount by 50!
