Sure, this raisin bread recipe is easy to try. You just need to mix the main ingredients like flour, yeast, sugar, and milk. Then add raisins for additional sweetness. Don't forget to ensure the bread is perfectly cooked and soft. Happy trying!
Lovely loaf id say its delicious If i may suggest it might be an idea to take it out of mould and leave in oven for 5 or 10 mins allowing it to be baked a little more on the sides .
The purpose of using milk flour or milk powder is for flavor It adds a subtle, creamy taste that complements the sweetness of the raisins. If you don't want to use it, you can skip it.
Milk powder, also known as dry milk, is used in breadmaking for several reasons, though it is not primarily for raising the bread. Here's how it contributes to the bread-making process: 1. Milk powder adds a creamy flavor and a slight sweetness to the bread, enhancing its overall taste. 2. It contributes to a softer and more tender crumb, giving the bread a finer texture. 3.The lactose (milk sugar) in milk powder helps with the browning of the bread crust, giving it a nice color when baked. 4. Milk powder helps the bread retain moisture, keeping it fresher for longer. For leavening or raising the bread, other ingredients like yeast, baking powder, or baking soda are used. Milk powder complements these ingredients but does not contribute to the leavening process itself. But if u didn't add milk powder into this recipe, u can skip this 😊
Actually, you don't need to add milk powder to this bread. I include it just for the fragrance and creaminess. If you don't like it, you can skip it. 😊
Sure, here is the raisin bread recipe that has been adjusted for a smaller portion (half of the original recipe) Small Raisin Bread Recipe: - 125 ml Milk - 15 g Sugar - 3.5 g Instant Yeast - 175 g Bread Flour - A pinch of salt - 17.5 g Cooking Oil - 75 g Raisins - 1 tbsp / 25 g Honey - 10 g Milk Powder If anything needs to be changed or added, let me know!
You should take the thoughtfulness and time to list down the step-by-step Directions for many first time visitors and bakers. Otherwise, you will not get subscribers. No one has the time to go back-and-forth in any video trying to copy down the complicated steps. Listing the ingredients is not enough, and for that reason, I find Savor Easy is the best channel to follow breadmaking - just being honest.
Your pansize is wrong I checked in using line drawing 9.5 cm x 9 cm x 8 cm this is too small are aware of it ??? Do know what is the equivalent of it in inches??? It's 3.74" x 3.54 "x 3.15" please correct your pansize in the description
Just a little tip, probably best to leave the milk, sugar, yeast mix for about 15 minutes to make sure the yeast is working and not died.👍

Can the milk powder be replaced with something else?
Not so important it cant be left out.
You can skip this, because I added milk powder to provide a milk aroma to this recipe.
wow
Milkpowder for what?
Milk powder imparts a richer and smoother flavor to the bread. It also adds a distinctive and appealing aroma, making the bread more enticing.
@@hellokitchen89 ❤ How clever! Thank you for the tip.
I don't do metric measurements. What are the ( American) Standard measurements units?
Google is your friend for this
Do you actually NEED milk powder?
Actually, you don't need to add milk powder to this bread. I include it just for the fragrance and creaminess. If you don't like it, you can skip it. 😊
@@hellokitchen89 thanks!! love the recipe!
Everything was fine until the canola oil was added 😮
You can use a different type of oil if you prefer. Vegetable oil or even melted butter can be good substitutes for canola oil.

Canola oil is highly toxic my friend, do your research! Thx u for the recipe!
Que delícia hein parabéns 😋😍🇧🇷
