Did you add the raisins to the flour while in the stand mixer or u did the stand mixer then kneaded the dough on table top and add raisins how the video showed?
I will recommend that you use lukewarm milk and melted butter, and put the raisins in the milk before the flour. If uoy use too much flour and too short rising time.they will be hard.
I followed the recipe but I find the dough to wet, thinking if I knead it, it would dry up. I had to dust it with lots of flour to stop it from too sticky.
hi, what is the difference between instant yeast and normal yeast? the time needs longer id use normal yeast for the dough to expand? if I don't have all purpose flour at home, can I use bread flour or cake flour (low gruten flour), which one is more suitable please? Thank you.

Many liquid items were taken as grams whereas it should be in ML, this is misleading
