Seated Stretches:
Helps in grounding and centering oneself, prepares for the practice.
Ujjayi Breath:
Benefits: Enhances concentration, increases oxygen intake, and promotes relaxation.
Leg Stretch (V Shape):
Benefits: Stretches the hamstrings and inner thighs, improves flexibility, and increases blood circulation in the legs.
Four-Part Breath:
Benefits: Deepens the breath, calms the mind, and enhances lung capacity.
Kundalini (Breath of Fire):
Benefits: Generates internal heat, boosts metabolism, and energizes the body.
Tadasana (Mountain Pose):
Benefits: Improves posture, strengthens thighs, knees, and ankles, and increases awareness of body alignment.
Chair Pose:
Benefits: Strengthens the thighs, calves, and ankles, stretches shoulders and chest, and stimulates the abdominal organs.
Warrior Poses (Warrior I and Warrior II):
Benefits: Strengthens legs, arms, and shoulders, opens the hips and chest, and improves balance and focus.
