- 👋 Lets check out the all new 2021 Kia Seltos!! In todays video I check out this brand new 2021 KIA Seltos! This is the 'S' model with all wheel drive and two tone paint! The new 2021 Seltos is a smaller crossover SUV and really maximizes cargo room and passenger space. Very comfortable driving it and there is plenty of cargo room. The 2021 Kia Seltos drove very nice out on the road with a smooth ride and quiet cabin. This has AWD which is great for inclement weather. Even though this has a less powerful engine rather than the available Turbo engine, it had plenty of power to get up to speed for normal driving. I love the two tone paint job on the Seltos! Really adds some nice character to the design! The headlights are also super cool with an LED running light nearly spanning the entire width of the front! Looks so good!
The all new 2021 KIA Seltos is a great affordable crossover with many trim levels and variations available to meet anyones needs!

I would've never EVER thought of driving a Kia. This vehicle has changed my mind. One my current vehicle gets driven into the ground, a CPO Seltos sounds damn appealing

As someone who likes to work on his own car, I love how much room you get to work with. This honestly has everything I wanted in an a crossover and more. Customizable trunk, spacious interior, updated infotainment system and the fuel economy in this car destroys the competition and you get an amazing performance along with it.
Edit: i was referring to the turbo version for the performance.

I am from Auckland NZ and purchased a few weeks ago a Kia Seltos LTD AWD 1.6 turbo. I love this and it drives so well. The turbo engine with 7 speed dual clutch auto is great. I recommend a Kia Seltos.

I know in the loaded version they come with BOSE. So, idk about the base stereo, but there is no way the premium is anything but great.

OMG Thank youuuu! After searching on and off for 3 hour lol I have finally found a video that explains all my new vehicles features perfectly! I just purchased mines last month and still getting a feel for it but I'm glad to have found this video as I was a bit confused on a lot of the interior features. Can't wait to road trip! Only thing I hate is I have a daughter and her seat makes it so much less roomier lol in the back.

Thank you for giving the wheelbase. I have been searching for info on new cars for weeks and have only found one other review, a Mazda, that gave the wheelbase. Therefore I will be going to a Mazda and a Kia dealer for a personal shake down. JB

The loaded version of these are not so bad I’d take one, I’m thinking of getting a compact SUV for my next car, I cheap though I don’t like to spend over $25,000 for a new car, probably just get a Honda Accord sport or the new 2021 Kia Optima’s are sweet too. I do love those Tellurides
You should consider going over the safety features versus other items you covered. The S includes safety features not included in the base model LX.
Whaaaaa 😮. I didn't think this vehicle was coming until like late summer since the 2021 Optima and Sorrento are not in Kia dealers yet. Yeah Brian, the contrasting colors on the model you reviewed is truly everything. I'm interested to know how the turbo in the Seltos drives. Brian, I'm so looking forward to your review of the upcoming VW Atlas Cross Sport 4motion, it's like a bargain Audi Q8. Spec out the Atlas Cross Sport just right, one will have a sweet ride. 2021!? Wow. I’m shocked to see it doesn’t have keyless ignition. Like the seat design. Not crazy about the speakers though. Would take some getting use to.
Scott Davis Yeah it was weird using a turbo key. Haven’t used one in many years lol. But this was more of a base model
@@BrosFOURRSpeed I drove an EX Seltos today (one trim higher than this one) and it had push to start and remote start on the key as well.
@@db9904 did the EX have ventilated seats? Also, the remote start was in the actual fob? I hate the app based ones
Looks great. I like it. The gauges are exactly how I like them. Tach and speedometer with red needles. 1.6T with DCT would be my choice.

saw this vehicle in a commercial last Sunday and thought i would take a look ; liked what i saw and planing on buying one sometime in April.
I like the Neptune blue color and the higher ground clearance than my wife's KIA sportage; which i like driving.
So how dose the AWD works on this Seltos? Is it automatically engage or do you have to push the 4x4 lock by the shift lever to engage the 4x4 system?
I believe it's an automatic system. Can't remember if there were drive modes. But it'll basically kick in when needed or when in the right mode.
U need do some more reviews on hyundai/kia/genesis ! They are really killing it today i believe way more stuff to offer for the price's !

Took my 2016 Soul in for an oil change recently, and ended up with one of these. The only thing I disliked about the Soul was the lack of cargo space with the seats up, and the Seltos has room to spare for my needs. Other than that, it pretty much feels like my Soul with a bit smoother ride
Really digging the Seltos especially in this color scheme. Going to test drive one this weekend to see how it feels. Kia's design and engineering hires are really paying dividends moreover I am interested in working for Kia at this point. Cheers for the nice walk around.

Great review. I don't think the Safety ratings are out for this vehicle so that's the only drawback I see making me hesitate on whether to buy one.
I got one yesterday and its a little rocket and i love it! I do wish how ever they would have showed me how to use every thing cause frankly Iv never had anything with all the features this thing has. Also I hate the lane assist, (mainly on the curvy roads where I live, it always wants to help u turn lol) but my wife was able to turn IT off. On a side note, I'd love to win that gopro and get started doing my own channel. Thanks for showing all the little features and gadgets! And now I know how to turn IT off lol

It rides smooth, it is very quiet. Seats are soo comfy. I've had Ford escapes and hands down this kia is much better and made solid compared to the escapes.

I Love this car always been a Kia fan, currently I have a Telluride SX. If this was available when I got my parent's car, I've gotten it instead of the Hyundai Kona. Nice review you got a new subscriber now.

what do you mean by steering wheel intervention?
I have one of these vehicles and had to discover what that button did myself because my dealer gave me bad info. What it does is activate 'Lane Following Assist,' which is different from 'Lane Keeping Assist.' With LKA (which this car also has), you are still in control of the car, but if you drift toward the line on either side of the lane, the car will try to 'bump' you back toward the center (note that you can change this in user settings so the car just beeps a warning rather than trying to bump you over). with LFA (or 'steering wheel intervention' as he calls it), the car literally takes control of the steering wheel and tries to keep you centered in the lane, as long as the lane markings are clearly marked. You can literally take your hands off the steering wheel and let the car steer itself. Of course, that isn't recommended, and if you do that, the LFA will deactivate, but it's definitely cool when you are cruising on a well-marked highway and want to let the car do more of the work.

Both are fantastic. My mom has an Escape and loves it! Go drive them and see what works best for you!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed I test drove the titanium hybrid and the sel for the gas engine. I loved it, going to get the titanium with gas engine! Adaptive cruise control is super cool "I still dont trust it lol"

I think the higher trim levels have the sunroof, but at this price point I can see why it doesn't have a power tailgate.

Interesting to see the keyed ignition instead of a push button. Also the grayscale displays. Sharp looking little SUV nonetheless. I just have an issue supporting a Korean car company named Kia (killed in action). Maybe over the top, but....

I like this. Not a fan of the ceed, or the soul, so it falls in as a baby Sorento with a modern appeal. I could see myself buying this as a smaller SUV. Seems pretty well equipped to give a luxuryish feel.
