Any spices added? Salt, pepper, brown sugar?

It's wonderful with roasted or sauteed chicken, pork tenderloin, baked salmon, or a hearty steak.
I like the peel. Boil them with peel

@@JessicaGavin you can even cook it in an open fire🔥 be sure to poke a few holes with a fork to allow the steam to escape.
Roasted to change it up
When u steam it do u add sugar to the water,🤔🤔
Just salt!
I just put the whole thing in the oven and roast it, saves having to fight cutting it up.
