Did this with my kids after I got off work (WFH) this was perfect to get me sweaty and burning!! I'll be doing these less than 30 minute videos everyday!!
I just want you to know that since I found your knee friendly workouts, I have created my own workout programme for the last 4 months, and I can say that your workouts are fire 🔥 💪🏼. Thank you ❤
I am so happy to see a new longer workout posted on your UA-cam channel. I am getting ready to workout to this one now!! Again thank you for longer videos!!
This is one of weight-lifting home workout video that I can successfully follow till finish! It's definetely not easy, I drip sweats a lotttt, but it's not intimidating. The speed is reasonable, not too fast nor too slow. The variations order are perfect. I love it! I came back to this video once a day to secure my daily workout consistency. Thank you!
Sweet, short and well balanced. New here on your channel. Love that it wasn't overkill on bicep curls and overhead presses like I see elsewhere. As someone who works in physical therapy, I like seeing that and would like to see more people incorporate things for the rotator cuff, which I treat often, when working arms.
Thank you 🤗 I’m glad you like the workout. Not to worry, with a little guidance and practice you can improve your form. Have a look at my guided training series. I give plenty of tips and cues / reminders during the session. You may find it helpful especially when venturing out to do other videos like this. Here is the link to the playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLfj4lZyPiNan15FHFuLuGIskLwjwf5g8E.html&si=DKU5h7S6igyKWhp8 There is a mix of weighted and body weight workouts in this series. I hope it helps. ❤️❤️
As much as I loved the intense 11-minute and 16-minute workouts from a while back, it's cool to see the comeback of the 20-minute workouts. I felt so good after the workout. Even had more energy, which is usually NOT the case with most workouts. Thank you for this beautiful Dumbbell workout 💕. Any chance of seeing one for the chest and back?
This workout is so amazing and killer 🔥 , I have done it twice and I loved it so much. Thank you so much MrandMrs. Continue updating amazing workouts that are so short but yet very effective oh my Gosh.. Merci beaucoup…👍🏾👍🏾
Great workout for in the office. A tidy 20 minutes. This is a beginner's beginner work out. Some basic lifts with Cardio moves in between. Great for a quick hit for the experienced and a gateway for beginners to more difficult videos. If you want to sweat gobs look elsewhere. No bashin' . It was perfect for what I wanted to do today.
Hi. Thanks for all your knee friendly workouts. I have moved in with you right there. Lol. I do have a question: Can all the workouts in this section equivalent to strength training exercises?
@@Mrandmrsmuscle this is true that I've only watched this video, and this is also true that it would be more fair to get to know your contents better before reaching any conclusions. However, can I ask what happens if someone from many thousands of your viewers watch this video, where you have not explained, demonstrated and taught bracing the core, and they get injured trying to do this exercise? This hypothetical situation happened to my friend who sent me this video when I asked which exercise he was doing when he developed his low back pain, and he told me the name of the exercise that he believes triggered it. So, yes I'm making a comment without scanning your library but I think it's based on good ground. You'll be happy to know that my friend politely told me I don't know more than someone with 1 mil sub and he should just power through this exercise until he gets used to it because "exercise pains go away once you do it enough".
@@b-sideplank I totally understand your grievance especially with the amount of videos that currently circulate. Our playlists are broken down into several sections that vary between beginner to advanced, low impact to high impact, speaking to non-speaking videos and we even have a guided training series that talks through every exercise and how to do it. Bracing the core and explaining how to do so is at the intro of almost every single speaking video. The reason your initial comment was jarring is because all it takes is one new person to see that comment and assume that all the hard work we put into each video is merely a gimmick. In this video you can see that the dumbbell swing has a muscle focus diagram associated this highlights the core as well as muscles to focus on in the posterior chain. There is so much more to the exercises, combinations, diagrams, tempos and more than we can explain especially when providing these videos for free to someone without an exercise background. I highly recommend you and anyone else that watches out videos to go through the library. We can’t undo any terrible advices that are out there and we can’t speak in every video because our audience is global and not everyone speaks English. We are also vetted by UA-cam and have a trusted NHS partner review our latest videos. So again I totally understand your grievance and please forgive my frankness but we try very very hard for those that don’t have access to high quality, science backed information.
@@Mrandmrsmuscle thank you for your detailed response. The real problem is lack of understanding of basic exercise principles in the general audience and I realise how incredibly difficult it's for you to make instructional content aimed at a population level while also making sure that individual viewers don't make injury-inducing errors. My friend doesn't know the first thing about joint health or exercise physiology, and has been doing your exercises to spot-reduce his tummy fat. So, I understand the challenge of making content for such a diverse audience. I apologize for the initial nasty comment, but honestly I'd want to exclude exercises that require strong cues and detailed form coaching if I were to make content for a mass audience.
I feel like my comment was such a waste seeing you are not acknowledging a valid criticism and happy to have a viewer apologize to you for indignantly pointing out a mistake.
¡Gracias!
😍❤️ Thank you so much!!
I appreciate your content! I love that there’s no talking, all the visuals, and that it starts right away. It was a great workout. Thank you!
That’s what caught my attention not all that talking at the beginning thank you for this!

How can you not teach your audience to brace the core when doing your "dumbbells swing" exercise? And you have 1M subs!!
How many videos of ours have you watched before making this highly ignorant comment?
