I just love that you are doing whole playlist for elderly citizens. I was doing exercise today and I am not senior yet but it is what I like doing first thing in the morning. Thank you for this. Only for me the music was too loud because when I turn it down I could not hear you. It is better without or if it is a must for some reason it should be more in the background, delicate.

Dear Rashmi,
Your videos are doing wonders."Shukriya Dil Se" (Thanks from the bottom of my heart).
My mother started giving time to herself. According to me your duo with grandmaa is most inspiring for me and sure for my mother too. So big thanks to both the grandmaa who is actually encouraging people.
2ndly, the way you teach is marvelous with soothing voice and patience, which I actually don't have to engage her ;)
3rd, Short durations. As most of the senior citizen can't go beyond 10-15mins Incase they are not fond of workout by this age coz of health issues.
4th, Ending videos with few pranayam is ice on the cake. That's the best anyone can get in a same video after yoga.
5th, Simple,clean and elegant ambience gives homely connect along with u and grandma
Few Suggestions If I can give:
1.If we can videos on simple breathing exercises/pranayam for senior citizens to boost immunity. Need of an hour due to covid. Am sure something must be in pipeline from your side.
2nd, In all exercise if you can guide any step needs to be skipped due to some health issues like BP, heart issues etc it might help as an precautionary.(majorly while doing pranayam)
Lastly, Would love to see you on bigger platform too. From my side am sharing your videos to maximum people to engage Senior Citizens :)

Breath in breathout means by mouth and inhale exhale means by nose ist so
No nothing like that. Mostly all breath in and out through the nose unless specified through the mouth

All of the videos on my channel are for all ages depending on your fitness levels. If a 50 year old is super fit they can do the advanced workouts. If a 40 year old is just starting they can do the beginner workouts. I cannot segregate workouts based on age for all ages. For seniors It is possible.

Beautiful.The main attraction of the channel is that it is designed in sucha way that we can do along with the video.The presence of a senior citizen doing it gives us a feeling that these can be actually done be seniors.Very helpful.Majority are troubled by overweight.Is there anything one can do about it? Can the senior citizen give some dietary tips to stay slim and lively.
