    If you are a senior over age of 50 you must follow this routine daily. This routine simply helps you to improve your strength and mobility.
    The exercises that we are doing in this routine;
    Assisted Squat 1:30
    Hip Flexion 3:09
    Assisted Pushup: 4:42
    Hip Bridges: 6:37
    Calf Raise: 7:47

    thank you!
    i have MG disease and a mild case of avascular necrosis and a minor herniated disc. I believe these low impact exercises will be helpful if i am careful and do low reps like 5 to 7.

      There are low impact and you can try them, I have many routine for lumbar spine disc herniation in my channel. Please have look and give it a try 👍
