How to Fix Anterior Pelvic Tilt for Good
Вставка
- Опубліковано 19 сер 2020
- Dr. Rowe shows how to fix anterior pelvic tilt for good. These EASY exercises can be done at home and don't require any special equipment.
If you're dealing with a forward pelvic tilt or an uneven pelvis -- this video will help self mobilize and bring balance back to the joints and soft tissue in and around the pelvic region.
And to make it SIMPLE, it's broken up into 2 parts that will focus on the main muscles and causes of anterior pelvic tilt.
The first part is going to work on getting everything moving, especially stretching tight lower back muscles, hip flexors, and quadriceps (quads).
The second part will focus on strengthening the muscles, ligaments, and tendons around the pelvis (this includes the abs, glutes or buttocks, and the hamstrings). This may help build a STRONGER foundation in your lower back, pelvis, and hips and ward off future issues of an anterior pelvic tilt.
As a bonus, these stretches and exercises may help you maintain your ALIGNMENT longer in-between chiropractic adjustments.
WATCH NOW and fix anterior pelvic tilt fast!

Hey mike. Thanks for taking the time to put this video together. I just found out today that my pelvis is stuck in flexion… or basically what your video is? Hah I’m 37 I’ve been having back hip glute ham issues since I was about 20. But it started much earlier than that. Also my right tibia is maybe an 1/4-3/8 of an inch shorter than my left. And my right side is the side that is currently, “fucked”. I found a good chiro he is definitely going to help me get fixed, these new school chiropractors are light years ahead of old school chiros. I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit, extremely thorough.
Estimado amigo, muchas gracias por tus consejos. Realmente me han ayudado muchísimo, contemplando que tengo hernias discales en la ultima sección lumbar. Saludos!

I did this video for the first time today. My hip flexors feel the best they have in months! I can already tell they are less tight than before the stretches. I have done other hip flexor stretches but I don't feel much relief after the stretch is over and today I do. Hopefully I can keep it up! Thank you.
That's GREAT to hear you got quick relief! Thanks for watching too.
I saw almost instant improvement , it works extremely well
Wonderful to hear you're getting instant results, and thanks for watching!
Great and comprehensive content, thanks, you've got a new subscriber now! May I please clarify one point, if possible: for those who's got the anterior pelvic tilt and the thoracic kyphosis at the same time (as far as i understand these go hand in hand sometime), what is the sequence of fixing? What goes first? Or it's working on both of these at the same time? Thanks a lot for your time.
This is great, keep doing them UK mike

Hi Doctor.
Michael (if I may) even if you never, ever, upload another video again, you will have my gratitude nonetheless.
The hints and tips so far, are smashing.
I am trying to formulate a plan so that eventually I can manage to incorporate and practice most of them during the week.
The ones that I am fond of pertain to the lower back, the hips and so forth.
Be well dear e-Friend.
Right on and cheers.

Thanks for your helpful advise in these times when it is tough to get proper knowledge and experience and skills to help osteoarthritis & slip caused knee pain / sound n muscle or tendon tear- 6mm bump pops up in the thigh every now n then (8yrs ago) spondilitis (6 yrs ago), elbow split fracture ( 10 yrs ago) patients like me.
Had shoulder tear of 6 mm which was cured by occupational therapy. But shoulder n triceps or deltoids pain like hell at early dawn.
If you have UA-cam links for shoulder tear n upper back n thigh tear triceps or deltoids pain, kindly advise.

My left hip/pelvis has been giving me issues and I’m 23 years old, although my chiropractor did recommend some exercises shown here, this video goes beyond by showing more exercises and explanations. I’ve been doing this for the past 2 weeks everyday for 20 min and I definitely feel small improvements. Huge relief because hip/pelvis - pain/discomfort makes you feel a type of way and it’s not a great feeling
