- Take a nice ride down the South Platte River Trail from Brighton to just north of Denver. This easy slowly declining trail rides along the South Platte river passing by farmland, golf courses, and a few industrial zones as it welcomes you to Denver. Keep an eye on the horizon for glimpses of beautiful mountains and the Denver skyline. Like what you see here? Take the next ride all the way through the city.

I rode out from Morrison, down to Chatfield, and the up to 105th many times, before moving. I love this ride. My other road ride was Indian Hills to Echo Lake. Great biking.
Oh my god thank you so much. I now live in az and used to do this ride all the time. Will use it to virtually ride on my indoor cycle.
Do you have another video with the new extension going north to highway 7?
@@chrissantoro9507 I don't but I'd love to check it out!
Thanks! Don't mind the wrong turn!
No worries. I laughed because I did the same thing myself a few times. To access new north extension go to highway 7 from 85. Get off and go north through round about and parking will be at veterans park on north side of 7 about 1/4 mile up or just make a right instead of a left and going under 470 from 136. Adds about 2.5 miles if I remember right with a little climb between marker 10 and 7. The north extension has 10th markers.
I can't thank you enough for allowing me to travel the world without getting out of my apartment. I love watching your videos. : )
Why thank you!
This is my favorite video so far. What a smooth and beautiful ride! Thank you for uploading! Have a great weekend and I will be back on Monday 😍🏃♀️💨
That's nice to hear! I've been injured and can't run, but I can finally cycle. So I've been planning a bunch of rides to get uploaded!
Can you please tell us the distance of this ride/run? I like to adjust playback speed more or less to my treadmill pace. Thank you for the quality content!!!
Great feedback. The total is 15.85 miles. I have been building a better graph for the bottom of the videos that shows more info. That should come out on the conclusion to this trail - next cycling video uploaded.
The distance from the beginning of the trail at 136th to just going over the first bridge is 1 mile. I ride at 0.5 speed because I was a 8 to 10 mile per hour rider and it would take me 6 to 8 minutes to hit the other side of the first bridge which was 1 mile.
