I love that every time you go through a tunnel you do your "ole, ole ole ole." My daughter and I started a tradition years ago where we sing the final line of the Mary Tyler Moore show (don't ask) when we go through one. "You're gonna make it after all....." She's grown up now, but I still keep the tradition going when I go through a tunnel. My wife thinks I'm crazy....which I am.

Such a great bike path. Will be even better if they ever finish it all the way in to Downtown Denver. With that being said - when you take in to account the South Platte, Cherry Creek, 470 Bike Path, Clear Creek, Big Dry, Little Dry and of course the Highline - you'd be hard pressed to find a better bike path network in the US.

I was supposed to ride it this past Monday, and would’ve been in the store right around the time the shooting happened, but, it snowed, so I went skiing instead. I remember when I lived there it was super complicated to bike to Denver because I couldn't take US 36. Then I would ride east on Baseline Rd until Thornton and take a right on Washington St. It was the most "direct" route to Denver because it was literally these two streets from my student housing to downtown Denver. I ride that bikeway regularly and have learned to hate it. Great that it's there, but most of it is beside a very busy highway and is loud and ugly as heck. When it gets to Westminster it peters out and you still have several miles to get to downtown and mix it with cars - unless you want to take a detour of several extra miles.

Great video and a great bike trail. The trails here in town have roots from trees buckling the trails. Gen 2 Cargo Ebike should be done by summer but a lot depends on how the bathroom remodel goes . The goal is testing the bike going on the rail trails in Wisconsin from Tomah WI down hwy 131 and then take the trail thru the tunnel to Sparta WI. Then take hwy HWY 12/16 back home. 30ish miles. Much like the trails you took in Wisconsin on your videos. Have a great summer.
