    I agree ☝🏼 with them.
    After suffering unknowingly for a long time including sciatica, I had a palsy of the third nerve during 2nd lockdown. Even after 3 vaccine shots, I got infected with corona virus.
    I quarantined myself and started taking MgCl bischofet just from a month ago.
    Today I am totally recovered and plan to continue with MgCl due to sciatica.
    I have gained my energy back up again, continue with my walks by the lake side.

    Hi, I recently had a total knee replacement and about 2.5 weeks after surgery, I started having muscle spasms in the calf of my operated leg one night. It was terrible, it wasn’t a powerful‘Charlie-horse’ cramp, it was an ongoing low strength spasm/cramp. I had forgotten to take my calcium and magnesium supplements for a day or 2, so I took them right away and have not forgotten again! The relief was pretty fast.

    Hello, i started taking 3 weeks ago and has had a major impact so far in my well being. Prior to taking it my anxiety had gotten worse particularly during night before bed time and i wasnt able to breathe and sleep properly even after long days at works. Now i take one 400 mg after dinner 1-2 hours before bed and i fall asleep without a problem! Also it has helped me breathe so much better to the point where i feel so relaxed and realized how bad i was feeling with shortness of breathe. I plan to continue taking it , for me it has been a blessing to get a proper rest and help with anxiety but i would also consider taking in for important meetings or long travels as it controls anxiety and helps you relax. I wouldnt recommend it to take it at the beginning of your day as everyday routine use because the benefits are at least to me more beneficial to take during the night or for situations where your anxiety is at its highest.

    Sorry, late to the party. I work as a Paramedic in primary care. I advise people to take magnesium for lots of symptoms! I take it myself and it helps with my wellbeing and definitely sorts out my muscle cramps when I cycle and train. It makes me sleep like a baby too. It's bloody magic! 😊

    Thank you for saying they’re safe…I’ve only started taking them and was worried maybe I didn’t need magnesium, but looks like I do because I suffer from insomnia, headaches and sometimes trouble focusing because I don’t sleep much do to insomnia. I drink lots of coffee so I definitely need this lol. Thanks for this straightforward video.
    Question tho, how much should you take to see actual results. The one I take is 250mg but I heard that isn’t enough to see any significant results.

    Magnesium supplements have been a game changer during my 2nd pregnancy. I started taking them for leg cramps every night in my second and third trimester. I also have noticed other benefits including help with constipation, swelling, and acid reflex. It’s amazing! More people need to try them for sure.

    I been suffering for a long time in and off with anxiety from 2014 it went away for a while then I started abusing my
    Body self medicating in 2019 smoking cigs weed and drinking and also those very bad vapes which are called puff bars, the worst ever, long story short I have strong will power I only smoke we’re I don’t drink or smoke anything else, I started taking magnesium and it also saved my life I am more calm I feel good eat better sleep better.     Cool video! My doctor told me to start taking magnesium at night. I have low energy, high blood pressure, constipation, bloating, stomach cramps, and muscle cramps that wake me up at night! Hope this helps.

      Doctors just couldn't find anything wrong with me so I spent years suffering fatigue (every weekend was spent in bed) palpitations, low mood, leg cramps and constant tingling sensation in my legs. Within 3 days of taking magnesium supplements all of these things have disappeared, I sleep properly and get up without struggle and have energy to get on with my day

    Thank you for the reminder! I used to take Magnesium and B12 because I had a lot of muscle twitching. I was so worried I might’ve had Lou Gehrig’s and was anxious all the time. Fortunately my neurologist ruled it out with an EMG examination and said those supplements would help. It’s been a while since I took them, will see how it affects me!

    I started taking this for cramps, insomnia but I really feel like all of these symptoms affect me. I already feel much better. I sleep all nite now and my cramps are all but gone., energy I much better, brain fog is better. I feel like a new woman. I take 2 with meal during the day and 1 at nite to give me good sleep.     I’ve been getting burning sensations in my veins, cramps, & this pulsating feeling in my veins a few weeks ago until my doctor put me on magnesium. Lol I was over here thinking I was getting a heart attack or had a blood clot or something you know google always gives you the worst scenarios for your symptoms. 😂😂 I’d definitely recommend taking magnesium supplements

    I started taking the Magnesium Glycinate powder mixed in water a couple of years ago. It has slowed my racing heart and also after I had COVID 19 back in late February I started having a condition called Premature Ventricular Contractions which was not only uncomfortable but painful at times so I increased my magnesium though it is still well under the recommended amount. And for the most part I'm not bothered with these PVCs much anymore. But I don't dare to decrease the amount of Magnesium that I'm taking now either. Since there are several kinds of magnesium I had to do some research on which one would do the best job for my situation and came up with Magnesium Glycinate.

      @@theworshipsinger 1 slightly rounded smidgen measure spoon daily. Have you seen those tiny spoons for smidgen, pinch and Dash for sale? I bought mine at Walmart. You can buy them on ebay and other places as well.

    Magnesium is regarded by some doctors as one of the elixirs. I personally take magnesium glycinate or bisglycinate between 1000 mg and 1600mg depending daily requirements. Anyway 1000 mg is the minimum

    I experienced occasional PVC's ("skipped" heartbeats - that are actually extra hidden heartbeats) for decades.
    When I started supplementing with Mg L-Threonate for cognition, those PVC's just faded away...even after overeating which triggered the worst episodes of the PVC's.
    Insomnia also unexpectedly virtually disappeared...as well as some chronic muscle aches that I attributed to just getting older. Another HUGE unexpected side benefit was my occasional (but frequent) acid reflux went away.
    I take 2 caps of Mg L-Threonate + 1 cap of Mg Glycine (total 144 mg of Elemental Mg) daily. The "Threonate" form crosses into the brain best and the Glycine form relaxes peripheral blood vessels and muscles best.
    The inexpensive Mg Chlorine (liquid) was effective but tasted horrible... even in smoothies. So, I migrated to the expensive capsules.

      No one can legally advise you of what to do across the internet without being possibly liable as it pertains to medical advisement. You will need to get a doctor who can look at your labs and medication profile for contraindications. Your heart is too vital to work against it when you have something prescribed to help it

    As a recovering opiate addict. Magnesium was a huge help going through withdrawals. No doubt if you are in that lifestyle your mag levels are super low and getting them up can help you get off That stuff.

    I have been getting severe cramps in my hamstrings and inner thighs. Sometimes in my ribs. I smoke ciggarettes. I have a little high blood pressure, bad circulation from smoking cigarettes and I drink Venom Killer Taipan Mango Energy Drink to keep me working late at night. It seems that the Energy Drink is what's causing the cramps. I was taking Magnesium about 3 or 4 years ago in capsule form. My therapist at my Chiropractor's office recommended that it would help me. Thank you Mike and Matt Dr. Kennys! You're right about there being a difference in what kind to get. There's a lot of different ones to choose from. I'm going to research it, to see which ones the best for me. Although you also have a link to one too!
