Do you realise statistics show people with high BP live longer ? Full double blind trials show excess salt lowers BP not raises it at all? There is no reason to even measure it. If your BP is high it’s temporary while your body heals something. Same deal with HDL/LDL. Your body sends out LDL to repair faulty arteries/veins after repairs HDL comes back. So if LDL is high do not take a pill just wait a month until repairs are complete and it will go down again.

The problem with asking a independent doctor is, most of them are getting kickbacks on writing prescriptions , plus they know very little about trying to get their patients off drugs. That’s the way I see it.

What’s resolved my Restless Leg Syndrome is taking low level (29 mg) iron supplements. My RLS had been getting worse until I finally saw in the literature they hand out every time I donate blood, that RLS can be a symptom of low iron levels in the brain and they recommend an iron supplement or a multivitamin with iron. It works! I’ve dropped the prescriptions for Gabapentin and Ropinerole that I had tried previously for RLS. Neither were as effective as a cheap Over The Counter iron supplement.

FINALLY! A clear explanation of magnesium. I spent three days in the emergency room because my magnesium levels were dangerously low. They got me back up to where everything is level and then I completely changed my diet. Now after three months I go in for a regular check up and my magnesium level is right where it supposed to be! The only thing that confuses me is I take magnesium oxide, which is what the doctor gave me. But I keep reading articles saying that I can’t drink milk or have any dairy products within two hours before or two hours after taking the supplement. Well actually, I go to 20 different websites and a few of them will say I can’t consume dairy whilst others say it doesn’t matter. In fact, I asked three doctors two of them said it doesn’t make any difference and one of them said do not wash down your supplements with milk. I’m so confused.

Magnesium oxide is the least absorbed, about 4%. I take magnesium malate in the morning, 230 mg and magnesium bisglycinate at night, 231mg. The malate helps energize and help pain, and the bisglyinate helps calm with no tummy affects.

    • @PlayshotKalo

It's a herb. Never tried it before. But I don't have much stress/anxiety ... I take a calcium/magnesium/ vitamin D3 supplement... I hear info from you that nobody else I herd talking about magnesium ever mentioned. Or maybe I was not very attentive. I mean: irregular heart beat, anxiety, blood pressure...

The sponsor pays to have it's product mentioned. If I don't mention them, then what's the point of them sponsoring the channel. If you don't like the product per se, buy another product that has the same amount/contents. You might find one or you might not. You should take Magnesium variants that end with at/ate. I take magnesium citrate. Avoid at all cost oxides. They are not at all bioavailable. The variants that end with -at/ate are more readily bioavailable and are therefore less likely to cause you to ge diarrhea.
If you take D3 - add K2 100 mg per 10 000 IU:s. That draws excess Calcium out of the blood into cells and back into the bone.
Remember that your body in itself is smart and tries to be balanced at every point. We just need to help it to hum along better balanced.
I take upwards 900 mg Mg each day and I pair it with Potassium. Potassium you can get from leafy greens or supplements.
I take several supplements that are towards reversing my fatty liver and getting me and my diabetes type 2 into remission, thus becoming type 0....
