- Customer complaint of car running rough and stalling at stops. Codes revealed a p0496 for evap system flow during non-purge and a p0597 for thermostat heater that I dive into diagnosing and repairing. thanks for watching!

thank you !,
Glad it helped! Thanks for watching
I have a Chevrolet Cruze 2014. I experienced sometimes car suddenly stopped and switched off in low speed. While nearby signal or any exit.
If it stalls at stops or while idling check coil pack connector remove it re insert if it starts its the plug 30$ fix buy from amazon strip old one connect new one
I found out expensive way
This is the current issue I am having, if I take out the coil & connector and put it back in the car runs again. The PLUG you reference is the Valve this video is referencing? or a different plug?
Coil connecter plug 6 pin
@@gurpreetbilling6911 gotcha, the electrical connection to the coil?
Yes
@@gurpreetbilling6911 awesome thanks a ton gunna replace that and see if it's the culprit
Gonna try this tomorrow morning on my sisters car , let’s go hoepfully this is it same problem
Qq, did the customers engine light go on? I ran a diagnostic with my obd reader and didnt have this eva code show up. However i have the stalling issue, ive read it may be a battery connection gone wrong
Did you solve it...i have my car turning off at almost every stop when its in drive and i cant figure it out.
@@rhcpimprovandcovers1063 yes it was just a bad battery, replaced it and im fine.
Every summer when it's hot outside, from a stop, my cruze stalls out every now and then. Would doing what you did fix it?, thanks in advance.
No clue
If the body shop ever gets done fixing hale damage, I have a G8 GT for ya to work on!
All good, whenever you're ready
@@BustedtoBuilt , hopefully before the snow flies...lol. I want to check out the turbo truck as well.
Changed that and didn't fix the problem at all.
Maybe try a diagnosis instead of changing good parts
@@BustedtoBuilt im fairly sure you didnt fix 💩 by changing that part
Same here....any ideas?
Did u solve it? I cant seem to figure it out
