- This is Martin Burki´s exquisite BMW E33 Mpower, a beautiful E30 unit prepared for the 3.0L Class on the highly competitive Swiss Hillclimb championship and one of the standout performers last season. Powered by a 3.0L Naturally Aspirated S50 B30 Inline 6 unit producing upwards of 370Hp at almost 9.000Rpm, it benefitted form a low weight of 980Kg and some tremendous driving from Mr. Burki to achieve some very impressive final results, beating way more powerful machinery along the way. Here we can see it attacking Gurnigel Bergrennen where it went to be the 5th Fastest Touring Car overall, all while really testing the track limits...

Ive watched a lot of hillclimb over the years, but ive never seen anyone hit apexes quite as tight as in the first minute of this video
As far as exploring the road´s limits goes, it is quite up there ;)

Watching and following hillclimb for years and i saw lots of great driving and yet i’m always amazed at performance like this because it’s downright awesome.
Video is perfect-camera action,the way onboard is separated to add to dynamic.

The tpe of fender flares used contribute to the samll wheels feeling but they are that big either. Remember, this is a true race car, not a show car ;)

That armco was bent out of shape and he straightened it back into proper position.
IMO car seemed a tad loose and biased in its geometry. Kudos to the driver for putting down a good run.
