I have just bought one of these to use with my lavalier mic, to record videos with my iPhone 13 Pro. It works really well and records fine, as long as I am not charging at the same time. When I do, there is an unpleasant electrical hum on the recording. I did some digging and found out that a ground loop isolator might solve the problem. I bought one, but discovered it has 3.5 mm TRS connectors, and my microphone has 3.5 mm TRRS connectors, so of course it doesn't work. I have searched high and low for a ground loop isolator with TRRS connectors, without success. I do not know if such a thing even exists, and if not, why it does not. Do you have any suggestions as to how I might resolve the issue of the electrical hum?
Hey, I have a bit of a situation. The adapter works however using apps like discord and Xbox app straight up ignore the adapter and forces audio through the phone speaker even though my earbuds are connected, and ideas on how to fix it?
ok, can i plug in an hdmi/av daisychained and a 3.5mm mic to my stereo and override/bypass the audio to hdmi by plugging in the 3.5mm jack after hooking up the hdmi dongle? does that make sense? and can you even daisy chain?

It’s the highest quality one you can buy. The other ones are Chinese knockoffs. So if you need an adapter this is the best one you can get as far as I know.

I have one but the amount of static you hear once u plug in the charger is highly annoying.
My problem too. After loads of research I am no nearer to a solution.

That should work. It definitely works with other mic’s.

You could use a longer power and auxiliary cord to extend it further. Might be able to buy another extension lightning to lightning.

Not sure. Make sure everything is fully updated.

Can I ask if this works for iPhone xr ios 16? One more thing is it still fast charging like a normal lightning cable?
