I seriously love how you’re handling this launch and how mature you are compared to many other youtubers who have started their own companies. You have addressed problems immediately and understand what needs to be done. You make starting a business seem attainable to the average person. I love the transparency of starting small with a storage unit and having people who work in your husband’s company helping along the way. I just found your channel a few weeks back but I’ve been obsessively watching and loving your personality. You deserve this success to your company!

Loving Toat! I do have a suggestion. ^^ I am a bigger girl and know that finding larger sizes is a pain for clothing. But! There are other things that I do look for, like socks (or slippers, those dumpling slippers were adorable!!!) Or jewelry or other fashion accessories. So just an idea for something that would be easier to find that would be more inclusive. Thank you for all your hard work and good luck with all things TayTay and Toat!
I really admire how maturely you handle this whole experience, from the preparation you showed us in the last vide to handling different types of feedback. And thank you for sharing this process, it's very encouraging for anyone else who is trying to do the same thing!
Love Toats clothes, doesn't come in my size yet but when you become a bigger company I so will be buying! Lol maybe do some accessories that dont need sizes in the meantime? That way people can buy something. Congratulations on doing so well! ❤

Im just annoyed you gotta be a size 0 for every fkn site now days. And their taking away our physical stores so i guess fuck any woman over the size 10. How hard is it to stock atleast one shirt or a pants for a bigger woman? 🙄😡

The problem is that plus-size clothing is its own thing and can be pretty disappointing when it's straight upsized from clothing made for thin women.

Merve* same exact items made in same exact factory. Aliexpress has some really great items. And their price will include shipping. It’s sad how these bloggers think we are all idiots here and should sponsor their adolescent lifestyles.
@@cheesecakesmellsgood nah man as someone who has shopped on both alie and bought high end coats and pants and blouses in a higher price range u can really tell the difference in material. From how it falls on your body to how warm it will keep you to how fast it wrinkles to how it looks in daylight and how mutch dust it collects and how put together it looks. There are many great items from aliexpress too and she probably took the chance and found places in China to get her clothing line put together but that doesn't mean it's bad quality. They might look the same but I can definetly tell a difference between a high end knit sweater and a primark knit sweater

When you start something, you start out small. And eventually you grow bigger and bigger. That is what you are doing now. You just started your business. Im very positive that you will have a big company one day! Just keep your head up. Make sure you aren't dwelling on the negative. There is always going to be people that dont like you or dont like your stuff, but you can't let that effect you. Keep moving forward!

I noticed she is ignoring these posts and "hearing" others made at the same time.
She said in the launching video that she is not able yet to get bigger sized because it's asian made (?) clothes so the sizes are small, but she wants to get bigger mor inclusive ones once Toat grows. She can't reply to every person, but you can watch the previous video to get more info 🤗

She buys “her” clothes off Aliexpress for less than €10 and then relabels them. Obviously there will never be Medium or Large sizes as madeinchina doesn’t make them.

Slightly worried that you might get burnout soon. Be careful of that. It just feels like a lot. Like u said, u have your youtube n other social media platform to manage then maybe some events or jobs on d side then now this business n i rmb u were trying to get pregnant too. On top of that there r day to day stuff like cooking, cleaning, running errands n socializing etc. Take care n relax when you can.
The bird probably fly into a window and got stunned. I use to see that when I worked in downtown Hartford, Connecticut. I worked in a building that was gold and would see stunned birds a lot and if they were still breathing, I would stand with them until they came to so no one would step on them.
Taylor can you please let us know how the clothing is produced? Whether it is sustainable or ethical. People care about where their money goes and you need to be transparent about your business practices.
exactly! honestly i think her super fans will buy the clothes no matter what. but for the rest of us, we'd like to know more info. especially for such high prices! ridiculous that she'd think she can get away with being that vague. SMH. unless she did it on purpose just to make us wonder/worry about the quality of the clothes, only to later make a video saying we're wrong, the clothes are sustainable and ethically made....

for those prices i would hope they are ethical and thats the mark up . in her vid thugh its literally just a premade stock pickup from a catalogue / whole saler ... and then selling for huge prices- £79 a dress? i would want that to be handmade ethical and tailored to my size. so shocked when i just went on the site :L
@@jeanineireland 90 dollars for a sweater mostly from acryl that is from a wholeseller in hong kong and not fair fashion is expensive no matter how you put it. Also forever 21 filed for bankruptcy this year that tells you a lot about what cutomers want these days. Also she is ghosting negative feedback already. That is how professional she is. So our comments will be gone soon I think.

While you were explaining the problems with sizing, which seems to be a problem for most non-Asians in Asia, I realized there is a chance for someone to fill that much needed spot. Most great ideas and inventions come from a problem or need. This could be something lucrative for you, fashionable clothing within Asia that fits non-Asian residents of Asia.
