Please, do not minimize the importance of what you’ve been through mentally, emotionally, and physically. It is just as valid as anyone else’s struggles. You’re human and are entitled to feel the way you do. You are such a beautiful person inside and out. I admire your strength, courage, and bravery. Thank you for being unapologetically you. ❤️
I hate when people "encourage" you by telling you to be thankful you don't have it as bad as so and so. Like all that does is make me feel shittier for being down and upset about what I'm going through.
It’s bothersome to me, that people would judge what you choose to eat. It’s your body, you know it best, and you know what it needs...I’d never judge you for not following a diet. Just kind of ridiculous to me.
You're so right. People get crazy about nutrition and even crazier about pregnancy. I think it's because people feel pressure to do the right thing themselves so they lash out at others.
I can think of different reasons: (1) they care about her and want her to eat healthy, (2) they push an agenda (no meat, vegan), (3) Taylor can be considered an "influencer" and she is quite thin and other, younger, more impressionable, audience may be influenced by her and following what they consider an unhealthy diet. Pick any of them :) ... there are probably some more.
Right? Not every person has the same metabolism, some diets work for others& sometimes it doesn't work for others. People think that influencers know whats best for your body but they are actually doing whats BEST for THEM LOL
This is not the pain and suffering Olympics, if you feel like you are struggling then you are struggling. If it feels bad to you it's bad, it's really that simple and no "But others have it worse" kind of stuff please either. Just because you aren't dying doesn't mean that you aren't going through some shit. Took me a long time to understand this myself and extent the same kindness I show others to myself.
I just started getting back into fitness and I am also trying to have a baby so I want my body to be as healthy as possible. Thanks for sharing your life! Soo early
I started getting into fitness during my pregnancy I was never super out of shape but I kinda started back up during u will be good and it will help u and baby stay healthy just don't go too hard as u go along. If ur not pregnant yet even better get ur body fit for a good start 🙂
Is she pregnant or not? I don't get it. After 3 months you should start seeing something but I don't know how much training can affect that, that's why I am asking.
@@ErenaaLamb she isn't pregnant yetbut working on being healthy with the aim to help the hormones and her fertility to prepare the body better for a pregnancy. People who are either underweight or overweight often have issues with fertility and are advised to gain or loose weight. Also working out can help reduce stress which is important for pregnancy.
I think many "new" vegans tend to forget that the movement started with the intention to spare animal lives and fight animal cruelty - not because someone thought that this was a healthy and balanced diet.
@@KitchenWitchery its an ethical lifestyle. Not a diet. If you don't align with the morals/ethics, then your DIET is PLAND-BASED. Maybe YOU need to learn the difference instead of begin ignorant and angry.
@@raebsen You right that veganism is supposed to be a lifestyle, but the other person didn't appear to be angry. There's a lot of misinformation out there, and a lot of people think that veganism is a diet rather than a lifestyle choice revolving around animal welfare. Just politely correct someone instead of being snappy.
@@raebsen I think the OG replier was pretty snappy tbh, and I think the next reply was the same level of snapiness. You guys are allowed to correct people but others aren't???
@@victoriaphillips9296 I'd say it's down to how you read it. In my view the first two comments were matter of fact, but capitals comes off as shouty when people are expressing differing view points. Personally I think people should be allowed to call themselves vegans and define it according to where they are -ie "new vegans" should be given room without judgement to call themselves that while they figure things out. It's also less confusing for people who aren't vegan to understand, rather than needing new terms like plant based. You can always speciy that you are an ethical vegan and that makes vegans more approachable to everyone else rather than making it seem like a holier than thou community or religion. Once you start to do that then you actually aggravate people into caring less about the cause veganism is for, not more.
A reason why I love watching your videos so much, is because you seem to keep it real as best as you can. When you are not feeling too well, you rather address it or take time off than putting on a mask. I know it has been a long process for you to open up, but I hope you know that we all appreciate you talking about your struggles as well, rather than just creating content to entertain. That's not to say your other videos are not fun, cuz they are really fun and always make me laugh. But I just wanted to say, I appreciate that you show all kinds of aspects of your life. And as Jin of BTS once said "Just because others are having difficulties it doesn't mean yours get any less difficult. Whenever you're having a hard time, tell others you're struggling, ask them to understand & comfort you." I hope you can work through your struggles and get your motivation and energy back without overworking yourself. I hope you take care of yourself, Taylor! Sending lots of love your way! 💕
Seems like the whole fertility/ aiming to get pregnant is really just an added stress at this point. Please make sure to focus on yourself and your health, can’t bring another life into this world if you aren’t giving priority to yourself first. I hope Tom is mindful of this. People seem to think the only difficult aspect of pregnancy is child birth when really the pre and post recovery are also physically demanding (postpartum depression, preeclampsia etc.)
Hi Tay, I have the same issues with weight and stress. I need to increase my weight to be healthier, but it's very difficult when I am not feeling great mentally. It's hard to talk about, because many people are unhappy with weight gain because of the pandemic. I've been having headaches and have trouble sleeping too. It helps to know I'm not alone in this. Take care of yourself ❤️
I feel this.. I lose my appetite when I’m stressed and anxious, and I’m already trying to gain weight. Hope you guys know you’re not alone on this! We’re all going through this struggle together..
You should find out if there are open hiking trails near you. I find that exercise alone isn’t enough to keep me out of my head, exercising in nature, particularly up a mountain or near a river so it’s not crazy hot, recharges me the way nothing else does
I just commented and now I'm commenting again and I'm still not finished with the video but as a vegan subscriber I just wanna say that it's okay that you do things your own way. Every human beings body is different and not every "diet"/lifestyle is made for everyone. I have to say that I really like and respect that you removed the "vegan" though, because for vegans like me it's a lifestyle (so not just not consuming any animal products, but also not wearing them for example fur or leather and not using products that have been tested on animals or got animal products in it for example make up, nail polish, tootpaste etc. can all not be vegan and people calling themselves vegan when they're not and when they're just having a plant-based diet, is a little "difficult", let's say. So I think replacing it with plant-based was the better option ♡ I also wanna add how much I love that you respect other peoples opinions/views on some topics and I'm gonna say it again: I love and respect you so much for that Taylor! ❤ One last thing I just wanted to say before I'll continue to watch your video. Any time you choose beyond meat patties over real ones or decide to go for a vegetarian meal instead of a non-veggie one, helps the environment and the animals. You don't need to be vegan in order to make a difference. Every little step counts and I appreciate every single person like you that at least tries to have some veggie meals instead of not even caring a bit and having some kind of animal product on their plate all the time, so don't feel bad or disappointed for not being able to continue with it for whatever personal reason you have. ♡ You do what you can and that's more than enough.
Taylor, you are a true gift. No matter how you are feeling inside, you are a joy. Rarely do I laugh until I cry but your honesty, transparency and generosity (by involving us when you don't have to) are rare in this world. You are a rare gift to us. I'm so glad you took time to take care of yourself. Keep doing that, we will always be here. P.S. Your videos lately have been on par with the quality of professional documentaries. It's been incredible to watch you experiment and grow!
Everyone's pain and struggles are valid. It is less about the actual situation, but the impact it has on you. Yes, it helps to compare yourself from time to time to others' situations for perspective, but in no means should it then be a vessel for guilt or shame for one's own suffering. Thank you for sharing your life with us Taylor, you're a beautiful angel 😊
Hi Taylor, just want to say I appreciate it when you share your vulnerability with things so personal etc. It makes you incredibly relatable as a content creator and also holds a space for other people who are experiencing the same thing. Every human struggles with mental health - no exceptions - so its nice to have things to relate to. Thank you for your vidoes, youve always been an amazing inspiration to me for the years I've watched you. X
I love the vlogs, they’re so relaxing. It takes a lot to show the vulnerable sides, we all have bad and good days. Don’t force yourself to talk about it if you aren’t ready. Wishing you health and happiness Taylor 💛💛
I love these vlogs where you put up content from just the day or two days before, it really opens my eyes to how big the world is since everything I did yesterday is so fresh in my mind. It’s just great to compare our corners of the world
Having things bad isn't a competition, you can drown in the ocean but you can drown with a glass of water as well. Don't feel sorry for sharing what you have on your chest Taylor, we all have our problems and they are all worth being talked about ❤️ I loved that modelling video, I've been watching you for nearly 4 years now, still enjoy every video of yours, as well as shorter content on IG 🥰
I feel like 2020 screwed with almost everyone's diet / weight in connection with mental struggles... Everyone I know except one person has gained or lost weight and isn't happy about it, which adds to all the other stress. Taylor, have you tried making protein smoothies to pack in some extra calories per day? You probably thought of this before, but just in case, I wanted to leave it as an idea. Thanks for sharing your life with us :)
@@Winter-qs4ds I love smoothies for mornings when I don't feel hungry but I know I should get some energy into my body! Some pregnant ladies also drink them on top of their normal diet (not as a substitute for a meal) to get more calories in their days. I'm not sure about the protein, I heard so many different things about that. Some people say we actually eat too much of it and supplements are only necessary for athletes... But like Taylor said, nutrition is super personal and different for every person.
I love the happy vlogs - but there is something so comforting and unifying when you hear someone else’s struggles. This has been a tough year for everyone. Even though your life may be objectively “great” - you are human and have a right to feel your emotions. Life is full of emotional seasons! I really, really love the videos where you are more upfront and honest with the hard times. Makes all of us feel less alone when WE experience those moments. 🥰
I have been watching you for years and you are always one of my favorite UA-camrs because you are so thoughtful and put so much effort in everything you do. I hope you can relax and enjoy your life because you have done SOO much and its time to enjoy♡(*I know easier said than done*) Anyway, much love! ♡
There is always someone who is gonna be worse than you, that doesn't make your struggles any lesser. I found your vulneravility really relatable and I love seing you grow as a person as years goes by. Hope you have a nice day!
I'm so grateful for your authenticity. It's encouraging to know that no matter who you are, or where you live, we all have our struggles because we're all human. I am also a stress non-eater, and have lost weight unintentionally, and can attest to people commenting on it, like you're trying to hard to lose weight, when in reality you just need some support because your mental health is suffering. Thank you for never being anything but you!
Please never stop sharing your feelings or about anything else you find important.. People will love you more for what you do say then what you don't say.. But more importantly than that.. What you say is what will help people, like you said yourself. Trust me. I come to you for insight or guidance or even just to relate- all the time. I don't really have friends so to say I need your words is an understatement.! Love you Tay 💗🥰
everyones feelings and emotions are valid, taylor. it doesnt matter how 'good' of a life you have. people calling others out for it are just mean and ignorant
I love your content ! The fact that you can open up and just be yourself is rare. Scarey but honestly thats your success.. You always used to give advice. Seeing Rosie with belly rubs is adorable. Whatever you are going through you are never alone. I hope you can visit Canada/Family soon.. My prayers are with you !!! Your hair color is really you sweets(: Love from Los Angeles 💋
I really have to recommend this book- woman code by Alissa Vitti. It's all about balancing hormones naturally, it's crazy good and it helped me so much
The fact that someone else is having it worse than you doesn't invalidate your experience and your feelings. You have the right to take off your chest what's bothering you, so don't feel bad about it ❤️
Keep being you Taylor. Please be vulnerable. That is how we connect with others. It does help others to know everyone has struggles and suffering. Your problems matter and so does everyone else. This is how we learn and grow! Love and Blessings 💙😊🌵🌻
💗💗💗Sweetheart, we KNOW that there’s always someone else who’s worse off than us/you, but that doesn’t make YOUR problems any less relevant, or painful. Share with us if it can help. Anyone who says any different, or is being mean or bullying you, block them. Period. Nobody NEEDS negative people in their lives. There’s always plenty of us who care and want the best for you. 💗💗💗
We all struggle. So don’t feel guilty about others having it worse. We all have our own problems and issues and they are all valid. 3 of my closest friends went through fertility procedures and it was VERY difficult for them is not an easy situation, is exhausting. And the 3 of them are very happy right now so hang in there :)
I think you should definitely feel comfortable talking about your struggles, even if you have a good life. We all have our own issues. And just because there are people out there who have it worse than you, doesn’t mean you’re not allowed to talk about your problems, if you want to. Your life and experiences are your own, and you’re the one living them. We can all sympathize with others, but at the end of the day we also have to deal with our own individual issues. ❤️
I gained 10pounds in the beginning of quarantine only to lose 4pounds last week because of stress. My period has not come yet as well and i have trouble sleeping. I have been feeling stress and depressed lately and i have no appetite whatsoever. I have been only eating my comfort food and often skip breakfast. I was always the underweight girl and beginning of this year i started to gain weight and i was so happy. I always wanted to gain at least 15pounds and when i gained 10pounds i thought i finally made it. It only took me less than a week to lose half of the amount of weight i put in the first place and it makes me more depressed. I often feel nausea looking at foods. I know that part of the reason is because i am close to my thesis submission but people should also know how hard it is for us skinny girls to gain weight. Its mentally exhausting to look at the scale and not moving or even worse when it goes down eventho you always threw up from your last meal. But im glad that i feel so related to you and you wanna share your experience to us. It makes me feel less lonely.
Just because you are more fortunate than someone else in life doesn’t mean your journey or struggles are any less important. That being said, your humbleness is what draws people to you and your content 😘🥰
Also I know you mentioned mental health struggles, but I’m also really glad to hear you are doing therapy. Even in a good mental state, therapy and a psychologist can be so helpful!
I never thanked you for this Taylor. I have a teacup Pomeranian named Mr. miyogi. And you and Rosie saved his life. He wasn’t doing very well. He was lethargic and sickly. I took him to the vet, made sure he had healthy food. But he still was not well. Well I was watching you and the adorable Rosie and you talked about Rosie’s health scare and it was due to her low blood sugar. I then started making sure he has dog food to nibble on at will. Boom, my boy perked up and is now super healthy. Thank you! 💕
Taylor i dont always keep up with ur videos, but whenever im super stressed out day at work. I always watch ur vlogs, its so calming than my hectic life. I thank you for that
hey tay! I've been going through verrrrry similar stuff during quarantine, not much appetite, not sleeping well, losing weight unintentionally, struggling with my mental health, and it definitely takes a toll! it's such a gift that you are so open and honest about what you're going through, even though it can be so scary to do so. your honesty has helped me so many times when I've felt down and alone! people can be so critical in general but when it comes to diet it's bonkers!!! I have no patience for that attitude though, nobody is perfect and it's so rude to comment on other peoples' lifestyles. sending you lots of love!
Hey Taylor, I’ve had those headaches you described for many years now. I’ve found over the years that there are some things that helped minimize them from happening. Firstly it’s not not look at electronic items first thing in the morning. Start by reading a book for 10mins or brushing your teeth while looking out of the window. Try not to look at your phone or any screens for the first 15mins of your day after you wake up. Another is to get glasses with blue light protection, especially if you’ve a job that requires looking at the computer or your phone for long periods of time. I feel that these practices have really helped me and I hope it does for you too
I wish you and you husband the best for your babyplans 💗 I’m pregnant with my second child (had to wait 7 years for different reasons). I’m so happy and I just want every woman see happy as me (whatever happiness means to anybody 😉) Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪 PS: do you have someone helping you cleaning the apartment or do you clean by yourself?
I really liked your Hong Kong related series and I'd encourage you to do more of that, I'd love to learn more about Hong Kong. As for ppl attacking you: you are well off luckily and I think this creates envy. Wishing you all the best!
Just be true to yourself Taylor, ppl will always find a reason to put you down or dislike you mainly bcos they are so narrow minded and somewhat jealous of you! So we just have to learn to let it go and do what’s good for our mind and body. I wish you all the best with your diet and ur baby journey ❤️And remember all the beautiful friends and families who are always there for you. Ur friend Joyce is like an old friend I’ve never got to know of, my parents used to watch so much TV programs of her parents growing up in Australia. She is a wonderful person, am so glad I can catch her occasionally with you. And yup, I rewatch SATC all the time ❤️🙈🙈🙈
That light blue jean dress looked perfect with your lighter hair. You're so dang pretty. Also I have panic attacks frequent but your videos always relax me. Thanks Taylor!
I don't watch Taylor's videos that often but she still has a special place in my heart and I always wish the best for her. I love tuning into the vids the odd time
Girl can i just say im so proud of you for uploading so much. It takes so much effort to shoot and edit and on top of that ur content is high quality and entertaining too 😍
All your videos have been so amazing lately! All the different types, a little bit of tay tay fashion, a little bit of vlog wonderment in the city, and those sit down videos! I've loved every one of them! You definitely make me escape my world and make me feel nostalgic of this beautiful city of HK :)
Hi Taylor ! I just wanted to tell you .. do not worry about the weight you would like to gain to get pregnant. I was very thin (only 48kg) when I found out I was pregnant and I did not take any weight on until the end of the first semester. I was eating healthy, taking my pregnancy supplements and the needed weight came shortly after. As long as you eat good food and you have the required vitamins in your body.. its fine !! Take care
I always feel so comfortable when I see your videos. There is something so special on you. I love you so much. And thank you for connecting with us. Best Taylor ever.
It's crazy how you struggle to gain weight and I struggle to lose weight no matter what I do due to my endometriosis. It's so frustrating being fat around the middle and upper thighs I just look shite in everything but I could tell you got very thin lately and I'm glad you're noticing and trying to change for period and baby/ general overall health reasons:) good luck! I started boxing every day for 25 mins to get me started. I dont actually over eat a lot its a gradual gain and my weight isnt going up or down right now but I need to eat very little to lose(five foot 2) and end up hungry so its either stay skinny and not eat or eat regular and stay the same. Exercise might help push the loss by burning the little extra.
I was vegan for almost 2 yrs and in constant physical distress and pain. A breath analysis at my doctors was all it took to help me turn my health around. Turns out I have whats called Fructose Malabsorption to a pretty significant degree > its a condition that is present in up to 30% of the population, but on a sliding scale. My deficiency was severe. It meant that anytime I had a lot of fructose (more than an apples worth in my case) In one meal I would bloat, cramp and have severe pain. I thought I had ulcerative collitis and diverticulitis and lactose intolerance and gluten intolerance. All sorts of issues I thought I had. But breathing ina thingy at the doctors after he had me drink a bit of water with fructose in it, and he diagnosed me. The cure. Stop eating solely vegan. limit my fruit intake, eat very specific fruits if I must and learn the fructose levels across veggies and fruits/berries in general. So now I can eat fruits, just only certain types and I dont binge or gorge on them. It changed my life. Now I eat local, plantbased. No imported exotics fruits and berries at all. I try to make good choices for my community and myself, but without solely thinking in dietary terms. Being Vegan in scandinavia, munching fruit and avocados imported on dirty diesel fuming ships is idiotic anyway.
Hey Taylor! I've been watching you forever and I seriously love your personality so much! Even if some aspects of your life are less relatable (modeling/traveling/international living), your personality is incredibly open, honest and relatable 🥰
I want Taylor to continue showing food cooking vlogs. I also like seeing what is in your fridge and pantry. A vlog on your minimalism lifestyle would be fun to watch too!
Taylor, I just wanted to say that if you decide to open up more about yourself I support you 100%. You’re a genuine person and deserve the chance to be heard.
Watching your videos always relaxes me. Thank you for sharing and a lot of good energy to you, to face your struggles. Everyone has their own and you shouldn't feel less deserving of kindness for it.
Your black preppy outfit and headband were perfect! I love your vlogs, how else would I have seen the craziest and most expensive watermelons I could imagine?! Can you make a cottage core tik tok? 😍
Kaylen Hester In the contrary. After years of (unintentionally, but still) depleting her body from real nutrients she needs to add way more fresh, ethical raised animal products, especially red meat, chicken, fish. (With PCOS i would stay away from dairy products because they are insulinogenic for some people.) Her storages are depleted. 3 eggs a day won’t cut it after years of malnutrition and malabsorption from a plant based/vegan diet. She needs DHA/EPA from fish or high quality fish oil, way more whole (animal) protein, cholesterol for building up female sex hormones and cell membranes, and cortisol for physical and mental resilience. The embryos cell membranes need huge amounts of cholesterol to build up. Eating a plant based diet for so long heavily contributed to the current state. Also staying away from too many carbohydrates is key since insulin resistance and insulin spikes in general fuel PCOS. Her body was in survival mode for many years since it got only food that was completely lacking all kinds of vital nutrients like B12, vitamin A and D, whole protein, cholesterol, and was very deficient in DHA/EPA, most other B vitamins, zinc, heme iron, selenium and more. Phytates and oxalates in plants are the reason why you get deficient in zinc, selenium, magnesium etc. on a plant based diet. A lot of vegan people can’t transform beta carotene to vitamin A without knowing it because of their genetic disposition. A women’s body will prevent itself from getting pregnant if it thinks the women lives in a period of famine and food scarcity. It senses when a women is physically not strong enough to get through the whole process. Supplements won’t cut it either. I’d suggest to look into the autoimmune paleo diet for a start. I’m not trying to be mean, just stating the facts. Women need to wake up and learn from the mistakes others made before them. They need to stop starving themselves with plant based or vegetarian diets (most vegetarians only eat tiny amounts of eggs and dairy, let’s be honest). You need to keep in mind that humans evolved on a high animal products low carb and low plant matter diet for hundred thousands of years, that’s what our metabolism is perfectly adapted to. Vegan and vegetarian diets are just a few decades old, they are man made and nothing we can stay healthy on. She is still young and obviously has genetically high resilience, she can still turn around the damage that was done.
@@katana5562 Vegetarian diets have existed in many different countries for WAY longer than a few decades (just look at India). Also Taylor is not vegan and has not been following a plant based diet? Many women have healthy vegan pregnancies. It's true that you have to be healthy and and at a healthy weight and physicality to become pregnant (most of the time). And the animals may be raised 'ethically' but there is no way to ethically kill an animal. There is no humane way to end the life of an animal that did not need to die and did not wish to die. I agree that staying away from carbs is bad and so is eating too little, but I feel that this is quite a biased comment and not reflective of the fact that vegan diets can be completely healthy as long as you are aware of the body's needs.
@@katana5562 please do you own research before saying vegan/plant based is just decades old and that you'll be malnourished. There are many scientific studies that meat consumption is harmful to our bodies and the environment not mentioning the animals themselves. Many people actually cured themselves of PCOS and other infertility issues by going plant based. I'd like to see sources on humans needing meat in their diet. Nutritionfacts.org by Dr Greger is a great place to learn about healthy eating and what the industry has led you to believe as what food we need in our diets. However, I do agree Paleo is a great start if one doesn't want to go plant based just yet. I transitioned to Paleo myself about four years ago and read up on the science myself but have transitioned to wfpb recently. I don't have any ailments and just want to be healthier for prevention. Also, many meat eaters are deficient in B12 due to the way animals are raised these days.
Rundiamir I confirm this. The moment I moved from Europe (animals raised differently) to Canada (growth hormone additions, antibiotics, grain fed and stressful factory environments) I gained weight. From 60 kg I went to 65-66 kg. I have frequent sinus infections, bloating and higher stress too. My periods used to be lighter after they got regular after puberty in Europe. Like no pain, 5 days and they’re mostly light after 2 days. Now, I get pain the first 2 days, emotional dysregulation/sensitivity and I get spotting for 1-3 days after my periods. Heck I even had my period stop and had an old clot come up. I’m clotting even more on my periods like TMI: I had a HUGE chunk come out before. I am slowly transitioning to full vegetarian once I finish my vitamins which use fish oil. I’m still concerned about DHA, so... I just hope my periods get better, my skin and my weight too.
@@melaxy33 just wanted to say if you're worried about dha there are a lot of vegan supplements! I recently ordered an ALA that I'm gonna take for a few months before starting algae oil omega 3 ones because apparently ALA is better for your stores or something? Unnatural vegan mentioned it in a video - hope this helps 😊💖
I rewatch Gossip Girl so often! I am on my second watch this year, to be honest. I find that it helps me wind down and relax for some reason even though there is so much drama in it...
Hi Taylor! Love the video but then again I love ALL your videos! I just have a quick observation I wanted to share with you: I've been watching your channel for about 5 years now. I'm about 20 yrs older than you but I feel like we think alike and I just find you fresh and unpretentious. But what I've noticed is how much you've grown. Not just your content but YOU. Yes, I know we only see bits & pieces of your life, literally just a minute here & there. And we see only what you want us to see. But what we do see has definitely changed over the years. And in a good way, too. You're more confident, self-assured, self-aware while still being funny, humble, goofy, big-hearted, caring... I just wanted you to know we see it. Can't wait to see more....God bless, Tay
Related to the diet thing. I tried to be witouth meat and managed to eat 6 months witouth eating it. It was actually quite liberating. Although it was annoying as well, because people were always questioning me why I eat like then, at the end of those 6 months I came to the point where everyone new how I ate and they just got used to it. Lost weight as well which was good. My body cleaned up from toxins and it was great. I started to get more and more hungry after those 6 months and realised I should slowly come back to eating meat but honestly I could not. I came back to only eating chicken meat and fish, the rest I can not stomach anymore, I get sick to my stomach if I try to eat any other meat. Going through that just made me realise how people can be mean towards you at first but latter when we start really talking they admit having some kind of major diet changes as well and it just takes time to accept. Even though some people never will, it is good to eat how your body asks you to. I loved your modeling video, thank you for sharing 💙♥️💜
Same! These are my two comfort shows. I always put them on when I'm going through a tough time. Friends and Sex and the City are probably #3-4 on my list.

Just because someone has it worse than you, doesn't invalidate the things you are going through ❤️
I hate when people "encourage" you by telling you to be thankful you don't have it as bad as so and so.
Pick any of them :) ... there are probably some more.
yes some people NEED to chill
Right? Not every person has the same metabolism, some diets work for others& sometimes it doesn't work for others. People think that influencers know whats best for your body but they are actually doing whats BEST for THEM LOL
Actually even though it's someone's own body... We don't always know what's best for ourselves😂💔 people are allowed to share their concerns
I've never heard that phrase (suffering Olympics), thanks! I'll try remember it when feeling like this.
I just started getting back into fitness and I am also trying to have a baby so I want my body to be as healthy as possible. Thanks for sharing your life! Soo early
💪 We can do it! My exercise bike is arriving this week.
I started getting into fitness during my pregnancy I was never super out of shape but I kinda started back up during u will be good and it will help u and baby stay healthy just don't go too hard as u go along. If ur not pregnant yet even better get ur body fit for a good start 🙂
Positive baby vibes coming your way 🎊
Is she pregnant or not?
@@KitchenWitchery veganism is a philosophy - being kind to all :D
Whenever you're having a hard time, tell others you're struggling, ask them to understand & comfort you."
I hope you can work through your struggles and get your motivation and energy back without overworking yourself. I hope you take care of yourself, Taylor! Sending lots of love your way! 💕
Makes me miss you and Hong Kong sooo much 😭 Joyce seems like sooo much fun!! Sending love also the sustainable store is so cute
Love Blair and Taylor
My go to nostalgic series is Gilmore Girls. It reminds me of a simpler time. 💕
Same!!!!
Me too!!
Same here ☺️
Same!!
My mom and I used to watch it together!🥰
Your such an inspiration. Showing your struggles takes alot of strength. Good luck :)
You can't take the stress out of IVF. It IS shitty no matter what you do
It's stressful going through infertility, period
Hi Tay, I have the same issues with weight and stress. I need to increase my weight to be healthier, but it's very difficult when I am not feeling great mentally. It's hard to talk about, because many people are unhappy with weight gain because of the pandemic. I've been having headaches and have trouble sleeping too. It helps to know I'm not alone in this. Take care of yourself ❤️
Take care ❤️💪🏻
I feel this.. I lose my appetite when I’m stressed and anxious, and I’m already trying to gain weight. Hope you guys know you’re not alone on this! We’re all going through this struggle together..
It will be a sad day for me when Taylor stops making videos. Her videos make me so happy and relaxed 💜
Go to series: Seinfeld, Drag Race
You should find out if there are open hiking trails near you. I find that exercise alone isn’t enough to keep me out of my head, exercising in nature, particularly up a mountain or near a river so it’s not crazy hot, recharges me the way nothing else does
Soooo true! Nature is really healing.
Awe the way rosy went to “catch” her was so cute like “oh she fell here I comfort you it’s ottay”
It’s O-TAY. Hehe. 😄
I’m sorry you’ve been feeling down Tay... These are hard times for sure. I believe in you. ♥️
So I think replacing it with plant-based was the better option ♡
I also wanna add how much I love that you respect other peoples opinions/views on some topics and I'm gonna say it again: I love and respect you so much for that Taylor! ❤
One last thing I just wanted to say before I'll continue to watch your video.
Here she is making my day better ♡
If someone doesn't say "please be good" as they're opening an avocado, I just can't relate to them.
Taylor’s recent videos are reconnecting myself back to her channel ♥️♥️
I love how open, honest and sincere Taylor is ❣️ She's such a kind person ❣️
I love these vlogs where you put up content from just the day or two days before, it really opens my eyes to how big the world is since everything I did yesterday is so fresh in my mind. It’s just great to compare our corners of the world
Having things bad isn't a competition, you can drown in the ocean but you can drown with a glass of water as well. Don't feel sorry for sharing what you have on your chest Taylor, we all have our problems and they are all worth being talked about ❤️
I loved that modelling video, I've been watching you for nearly 4 years now, still enjoy every video of yours, as well as shorter content on IG 🥰
I agree with you but omg, we got the same profile pic.
@@Eve123-f1q Haha twinsies! I got mine years ago just googling green glitter.
glittery_cucumber I got mine years ago too. I just googled something green cause I love green. 🤣
I hope you can relax and enjoy your life because you have done SOO much and its time to enjoy♡(*I know easier said than done*)
Anyway, much love! ♡
There is always someone who is gonna be worse than you, that doesn't make your struggles any lesser. I found your vulneravility really relatable and I love seing you grow as a person as years goes by. Hope you have a nice day!
"My lovely lemon lumps." 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Oh TAYLORRRR, I died! I wanna sing that with you!
Love you ❤️ take care
This vlog becomes my favourite , like it's such a relaxing mood , therapy all that , gonna binge watch her videos again
My series of choice would be Gilmore Girls
I keep hearing about this one! 🥰 must be good
Taylor R you would love it, I’m certain!
Taylor R Oh no you don’t know gilmore girls? 😱 Even I love it! It’s amazing and you would really love it! 🙌🏻👍🏻

How is no one else dying at how funny the dance was, ive been back three times to watch it!!
I love your content ! The fact that you can open up and just be yourself is rare. Scarey but honestly thats your success.. You always used to give advice. Seeing Rosie with belly rubs is adorable. I really have to recommend this book- woman code by Alissa Vitti. It's all about balancing hormones naturally, it's crazy good and it helped me so much
I'll check that out too (I have PCOS). I recommend Your Body in Balance.
YES!!!! There's so many amazing books out there that help with these kind of things
What does this book entail? Thx
I lost count of how many times I rewatched Dawson’s Creek! Pacey always makes me feel so much better! ❤️
15:34 - Thanks for clarifying that. It's important that people know the difference between being vegan and being plant-based 💚
Hiya! Being a 33 yr old woman with PCOS on top of other things, I'm grateful for your honesty about your life and struggles! Keep being awesome.
Series: Friends & New Girl. Could watch those on repeat
New girl is the best!!!
Rosie is, as always, a pleasure to see :>. Always grateful for you sharing your struggles, it does help more than you think!
I've really been loving your recent content, it feels really refreshing and authentic, and I appreciate how vulnerable you are xoxo
in love with vlogs again - feeling nostalgic from past years. But honestly love anything you create. Joyce also seems so lovely and fun my gosh.
Taylor I love your videos and I’ve been watching them for many years. I sincerely hope everything goes well for you 💛
I can’t deal with the adorableness of Rosie! 🥰
🥰🥰🥰
I’m so happy and I just want every woman see happy as me (whatever happiness means to anybody 😉) Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
PS: do you have someone helping you cleaning the apartment or do you clean by yourself?
I love tuning into the vids the odd time
yessss A 30 MINUTE VLOG!!!
I know it’s really hard to share things on such a big platform but I know I appreciate your candor and sharing your life struggles and successes.

As long as you eat good food and you have the required vitamins in your body.. its fine !! Take care
Just finished rewatching SATC and now on season 2 of Gossip Girl, mostly for the good mood like you said, but also for the fashion, just so iconic
Watching your videos make me feel alive and not so depressive this days☺️ Thank you Taylor❤️
My favorite series: Dr. Who I looooove it and the 100 and the walking dead
Ahh Gossip Girl! I love your headband. 🥰 I always rewatch The Vampire Diaries, Grey's Anatomy, and Outlander.
Your black preppy outfit and headband were perfect! I love your vlogs, how else would I have seen the craziest and most expensive watermelons I could imagine?! Can you make a cottage core tik tok? 😍
Please do a meatless monday!!! I want to go vegetarian and need more recipes!
I am heartbroken to hear that you’re struggling mentally, Taylor. I hope everything will get better, and I am sending positive vibes your way!!!!🌈🌈🌈♥️
I rewatch Gossip Girl so often!
Rosie is the cutest thing in the world 😭
I love that you open up so much with us. It makes you even more relatable. Love your videos
Gossip girl and the vampire diaries always take me back.
Yes! TVD has been watched too many times for me hahha
Same! These are my two comfort shows. I always put them on when I'm going through a tough time. Friends and Sex and the City are probably #3-4 on my list.
Tvd and friends, never watched gossip girl
@@marlo_reads I still need to watch friends! I definitely have a good idea of the show from GIFs, memes, and scenes I've watched here and there on fb haha!
@6:00 that mac and cheese has killed me dead. I miss proper grown up for realsies m&c made by someone who did the bechemel and added their selection of cheeses before baking it. I'm here, gnawing on a chunk of gouda I tore from the main hunk, because I'm hungry and wanted cheese, and then this showed up and now I'm devastated.
And you have a Don Quijote. Of course. Even more devastated. ;_;
Side eyeing those bowls. Super curious about Dashi Caesar dressing.
Did I hear a dress with pockets? Sign me up!! 😂 Also, your fashion and beauty content on Instagram has been the highlight of my day during my long commutes to work. Absolutely love your funny voice over videos, my fave is the 'What's the occasion? The occasion is that I exist, it's an ongoing thing and I think that's pretty special' 😊❤️ Thanks for always brightening my day and inspiring me to get creative with my fashion and makeup 💄 sending love from England
