I do the (not washing my hair if it's not necessary thing). It really keeps the hair soft and healthy.
And that dress you wore in the shop was SO beautiful and suited you well (even thought it didn't fit)
I can go without washing max 3 days and only during the winter. Here in Argentina during summer it's really hot so you have to shower because you sweat a lot and we don't use dry shampoo here.
I only wash my hair once a week too. If your hair is short it needs washed every day, but with long hair you don't. Overwashing wrecks your hair!

Just have a read through their terms and conditions, it is quite enlightening. (you are most definetly not just the consumer, but the product, only that you are even paying the company)
